Overall a Great College for Girls, But Campus is a bit Small

Bcom Program from this college is one of the best as all the teachers religiously follow the curriculum guidelines as set up by Delhi University. You get to choose your electives as per your interests,but there are compulsory subjects like Financial accounting, Human Resource Management Englishe etc. Your electives help you in knowing more about the field you would like to pursue a career in. Grading is done on basis of both examinations and assignments. The teachers guide students whenever needed, really friendly professors.

Internship opportunities starts to come for all years of students for mostly all programmes, companies like, UpGrad, Ferns & Petals, The Education Tree, Sirona, One Plus and many more prominent companies hire students for internships for some months and some even offer PPO to the students performing exemplary during the tenure of their internship. Opportunities for various kinds of Live projects is also provided to help students update their resume and gain experience.

From your first year, you can take up internships offered by placement cell and employment opportunities starts coming in for final year students. Highest package is around 8 lakhs and average is 3.5 lakhs. Companies like Leverage Edu, Deloitte, Upgrad, Zomato etc. visit the campus and hires students.

The fees are very affordable for all the programs of the college, the fees are paid annually, it's around 18000 for Bcom Program. Scholarships are provided to the toppers of the program on basis of merit. The Student Placement Cell of College, "Prayas" bring a lot of internship and employment opportunities for students from all programs. Companies like KPMG, De Shaw, Zomato etc. hire students from our college.

Campus and social life is really nice but not lively as the north campus and south campus colleges , the fests are great, punjabi singers like Satinder sartaaj, Gurnam Bhullar,etc. do a performance on the fest day, the annual fest "Saarang" creates a festive vibe throughout the college. There are some departmental fests also like Commerce Fest, Psychology Fest etc. The Library is well maintained with plethora of books. Clubs, committees are great but very less. It's known for their Western dance society, "Kayra".

Bcom Program Cutoff was 85 % at time of my admission in 5th cutoff list for Unreserved category. Smooth admission process, lengthy though, all the details could be easily found in Delhi University website. Best of 4 out of your 12th Standard subjects are considered for evaluation.
