Dislikes
- The faculty can be improved a bit because our teachers aren't loud and the class size is big so backbenchers cant hear properly also they can be more friendly in nature
Course Curriculum Overview
Economics was always my beloved field of study so I pursued it. The course is really study rigrous and needs to be studied on regular basis. The tests are also conducted regularly in college. The teaching staff if also fine but can be more friendly
Internships Opportunities
I don't know much on internships of my college. But yes our college do provide interships. The college's intership cell is active and regulates quite well. Some of the companies that came for intership were vedantu , logify India. The stipend amout was also descent starting from 10000 then going till 20000.
Placement Experience
As I said that I'm a fresher so I really don't know much about placement. Companies such as Deloitte, HDFC bank , Amazon came out college for recruitment. Highest package that a student got was of 36 lakhs per annum. I don't want a placement after my bachelor's degree because I have to prepare for MBA .
Fees and Financial Aid
As I'm a fresher so I don't know much about my college's employment opportunities but yes our college has placement cell which is active and also internship cell that also encourages students with continuous internship opportunities. My annual fees is around 25000 and I haven't heard on such fee hikes.
Campus Life
The college's campus life is really vibrant, things are happening in every corner of the college. Societies hosts their events by welcoming celebs, entrepreneurs, influencers. Our college formed student union in 2023. our college's annual cultural fest Confluence is going to happen in April. Our college has a library of 2 floors including magazine shelfs sitting areas for teachers at the ground floor. The books are divided in the library on the basis of subjects like science block arts block commerce block. Also our college library has a computer room where students can access computer while studying. The classrooms are good but require a whitewash . Our class has 4 ACs and 8 fans with monitor which needs to repaired. The sports facilities are good we have indoor badminton court and shooting range , a fitness centre and playground
Admission
The admission process was easy , i applied for du through cuet ug examination, i found the application form on the cuet website only. My first test was conducted on 7th June 2023 and 2nd on 12th the timings were 1 on both days and the centre was a little far from my place , everything was fine except the test area as it was really hot and didn't had a fan. My score was 600 out of 800 from which I got Hansraj College with sc quota, otherwise for unreserved the cut offs are around 750+
