I love the infrastructure and greenery of campus. The administrative block is simply superb which is in the shape of octagonal
The faculty was too good. The subject of the faculty will be very useful to students
The placement offers of every branch is perfect. The infrastructure of ece,ice,and it department are superb

Dislikes

I didn't like the forest area in campus . there is intime for girls on 10pm itself
I didn't like the cafes inside the campus
I didn't like the outside infrastructure of the campus at the opening which is the gateway of the NITJ

Course Curriculum Overview

Actually, I got the course from my rank I have not chosen it The curriculum activities are too good which helps the students for their bright future in academics we have Daksh, etc for the innovation activities.

Class Size: 114Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship companies are coincent with Microsoft, internship training program, virtual internship, un internship, industrial internships, iit Bombay training and placement internship and so on. From this internship we can learn skills like AI, cad , robotics, mechatronics and so on

Placement Experience

From 6 semesters students are eligible for placement offers. Microsoft, Google, scaler, BPCL, Goldman Sach, Accenture, TCL, Infosys, etc. the average package is 12Lpa. 850 students are eligible for placement out of which 750 students are placed in reputed companies. I will go for placement and I will give the gate exam

Fees and Financial Aid

Sem fee : 25000 Hostel fee: 25500 Scholarship for st : 125000 And for remaining : 100000 Scholarship opportunities are available from nsp , kotak Kanya scholarship , SARC scholarship and SDEF Scholarship etc

Campus Life

The grand festival of nitj is the annual day function name utkansh.it is a marvelous program .it helps in March. The books are superb . every book is of standard and of author-written books. The sports is of every game we have the sports club too . The extra curricular activities are of dance club, music club, literary and debate club and so on There are many groups for students authority and considerations

Hostel Facilities

The facilities are there will be a room of two seater and 3 seater wardrobe will be there and study table. The food is good and its taste is perfect but as I am from South I took some time to adjust. The registration and hostel payment is also perfect there will be no problem regarding this matter. I am staying in NITJ gh2 hostel room no 325 which is a 2 seater room

Hostel Fee: INR 25000 per year

Admission

I found the difficulty in the application form, application fees, and application dates And the timing of the exam is also very difficult Reservation opportunities are too good I will suggest an improvement in the admission process

The curriculum changes as per the need of the industry norms so that student can attain knowledge about the basics as well as the niche technologies.This is the aspect to choose the course and the lab work and continuous competitions help us with the industry trends. Placement Experience:

Only skilled or quality are able to get placed. Usually onwards 6th or 7 th semester, students can be eligible depending on the performances. I can do a job if I like to work there. If not, I will do more internships to get hands on experience.

Honest is the best Policy

Placement Experience:

Placements are really great of our college as its avg pakage is of 11 lac from computer related branches. Girls are eligible in second year for inters and for boys its generally from 3rd year because of the reservations.

The course curriculum is interactive and have added various new thing like in the engineering graphics subject they have added the software like autocad instead of traditional drawings... And in eme they provide the real life assignments projects . The exams are of approx 3 hrs and difficulty level is what that is taught in class

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

Placement Experience:

The student become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester. The companies visited per year are approximately 200. They claim 100% placements but in reality they divide students into placement and non- placement batches called tpp and ntpp. If you slip up even once, you will be debarred from the tpp group. The highest package is 53 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA. Companies like JP Morgan, TCS, Capgemini, PlaySimple, Cognizant, Nokia, Philips, Morgan Stanley, PWC, KPMG, EPAM, Watchguard, High radius, OYO, Coding Ninjas, Samsung, etc have already came. More companies are yet to come. Since the student intake is too much, placements are really hard to get since there is too much competition. In the end, people get hired in mass recruitment companies and get minimum pay of 3-4 lpa. My plans are apply for off-campus jobs and start working in corporate after the degree. If I don't get a job, I haven't decided what I will do next.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good but I am more looking towards offcampus placements. I will do internships from my second year and in first year I'll make the base. I contacted to some of the seniors they said doing hardwork will definitely lead to a good package.

Placement Experience:

After 4 semester students are eligible for sitting in placements. There are alot of company visiting and alot of them take 2-3 with really good package and some handful with good enough packages of nearly10 lpa and the highest package was i think of in last month was of around 60 lpa . My plans after getting a degree is too work my way through companies to a FAANG Companies

Atharv ki dastan nit ki kahani

I got 28102 rank in jee mains and 24576 rank in jee advanced My primary goal was to get into any iit but I can't get due to my rank if I would have got any iit o would have chosen it over In josaa counselling I got iiit bhopal cse which was quite a good option because bhopal is not so distant from home and also has good placement but it has many problems like no permanent campus and hostels etc and very high fees which I can't afford So in next round I got nit jalandhar ice over it because it is a cirtcutal branch enough options in tech and core both morover it comes with a nit tag and less fees and I want clg in north...Read More
