i choose this collage because this collage is in my home state, and for me going somewhere else, out of stste will be a problem finencially. I have applied to other collages and i was selected, even i got admited but after the main result i got in NITA, although i have not thought of getting here as my rank was in lakhs. As nit Agartala is in top among northeast colleges..and also the environment here is very good ...the college is far from the agartala city..so it not distract as much ..and focus on study becomes easy...as my jee rank is not very good so this is the best college which I can get with reference with my jee rank.and the addmission process is same as other government colleges...Read More

As this is the institute of national importance it has many pros I chose because the infrastructure is very good than other colleges and the main reason I prefer this college because of the placement percentage in my department that is very good like 93 percent placement every year as the average package is around 7 lpa that because the in the core fields the sallary growth is slow not that much as freshers . Honestly, I chose NIT Agartala mainly because it’s one of the prestigious NITs of India, and being in an NIT itself carries good recognition, both for placements and further studies. When I was applying, I had options of a few state government/private engineering colleges. I compared them on different parameters: Reputation & Ranking: NIT Agartala, even though it’s not in the top 5 NITs, is still way ahead of most private colleges in terms of recognition and national ranking. Placements: The placement statistics here are stronger, especially in CSE, ECE, Mechanical etc., compared to private colleges I had applied to where the average packages were lower. Campus Life & Opportunities: The campus is huge and has its own cultural and technical fests, clubs, and activities, which private colleges nearby didn’t really offer at that scale....Read More
