Course Curriculum Overview

It basically good for placement wise perspective and also enhancing your skill on field work basis.The exams are held if you study then you perform well but If you don't then might face some problems.The difficulty of exams are moderate and study materials are provided by your seniors

From 7th semester onwards.There are two placement seasons in an year in which almost 1500 companies are come to hire student from this student. Almost 70 percent student got aced and also highest package is 3 crore rupees given to a student of cse .

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes there is hike in tution fee in every semester like around 5000 rupees. The complete cost of education is around 9 lakh rupees and if you are lucky then you get some internships and also if you have good coding skills you might get good placement and internships opportunity along with your good cgpa

Campus Life

There are two famous fest is held one is Thomson which is cultural fest in which from different corners of India people are taken part in some competition like dancing, singing etc.. and another one is cognizance which is a technical fest and others events are National social summit, entrepreneurship talks etc..

Hostel Facilities

In second year one room is allotted for two students basically it's a doubly shared room.For 1st year one room is allotted for three students and the is overall good but also can be enhanced by proper guidance by the institute.

Qualified jee mains and jee advanced rank upto 15000 One of the toughest exam Two exams will be held per semester Areas of improvement like good food quality and bonding between professors and student should be strengthened

GEU and CSE ho hand in hand!

Placement Experience:

LTI, Polaris, Deloitte, Infosys, Oracle, Nvidia and what not are there for placements here. Even the Fintech and finance companies like the Axis Bank, Shri Ram Capital Finance and all are here. Thus, placements worth 10-50 lakhs is quite possible at GEU.

Placement Experience:

In GEU placements are like such that we don't have to bother at all. We are approached by placements cell in the 5th semester and then are trained for the whole month and then university urges us to go for internships to have the required exposure and have a CV which can impress the recruiters first hand. Thus, we get placement which median as of now is 8.5 lakhs.

Placement Experience:

McKinsey, Oracle, NVIDIA, Google, TCS, Deloitte and many more come here for placements. Around 15-20 students in 2025 had placements worth over 40 lakhs and four students managed to grab placements worth 50 lakhs or more.

I didnt applied for any other colleges other than some iits which were iit bombay, kanpur, roorkee, guwahati. Just these four and nothing because i got a decent rank in JEE Adv 2025. IIT ROORKEE - A SCRUPULOUS REVIEW

I took part in jossa councelling and got it . I was happy with any of seven old iits . In better way , i would be happy in going any top iit. Moreover i choose it because of it's weather and location. Rest all things are similar to all top iits. Nothing is less in iit roorkee. You have to give jee main then jee advanced. If you get good rank , you will get this college. You will have to get air under 5000 to get in iit roorkee or any top iit....Read More

1st year opinion of IIT Roorkee

I took admission from JEE (Main+Advance).Form could be found on NTA website. Some reservation benefits were , i got a bit higher brancher even though my rank was lower. Mains timing are morning shift and evening shift. As for advance it runs all day for 6 hours(with a break of 2 hour in between). Mains is easy , advance is a bit difficult....Read More
