- Faculty as well as seniors are very friendly they help alot in studies as well as other problems.
- NCC of Dyal singh college is one of the best NCC among DU colleges.
- College provide good sports facilities with kabadi court,basketball court as well as football and volleyball ground
Dislikes
- Classes schedule sometimes are very haptic,early morning or till 5 pm and some time only one class in a day.
- Politics and fights inside the college sometimes disturb events and classes.
- No Ac in the classrooms like other north campus colleges of DU.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was interested in history subject from earlier time that was the reason to select this course. I opted humanities in class 12 that was also a reason. Faculty is very good we get every type of help. Around 40 students are in core classes
Internships Opportunities
The placement cell is very active in th college.students get many opportunities to do internships in various companies. The 2022 internship fair around 50 recruiters visited including prominent companies like swiggy,urban company,white jat jr etc.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for placements in the 4 semester however you can apply for internships from 1st onwards.There are around 116 recruiters including WIPRO,Bajaj capital,KPMG Limited etc in this college with average package of around 4.5 lakh per anum Highest package was offered in 2022 of 24 lakh per anum. My plans are not to get to get college placement I want to go for further studies and complete masters.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is affordable. We also get scholarships. Placement cell also is there in the college that help in getting placement and we also get internship chances in our course time. Overall experience is good.
Campus Life
Campus is very good seniors are friendly. Events and tests are organised from time to time. The library is good with many books, aound 20 types of daily newspapers,many magazines. College is also well equipped in terms of sports there is 4 grounds basketball court kabaddi court sports teacher. There is alot for extra curricular activites,there are societies on almost every field dance,music,debate,share market,women development etc
Admission
You have to give cuet exam and option for your subject as the domain login to csas portal after exam(important) CUET score was criteria. I belong to general category I got 685/800. Examination process could be more simple and efficient in my case date was extended many times finally after 1 month delay exam was held and class started around 1 month late.
