Know the Reality

The course structure is according to field of my interest. The practical sessions helps us in our real life automotive making practice. The course is chances for our juniors and it's really good. Only problem is with attendance criteria which should be considered by government.

Internships are not so good. Like only 20 out of 100 students get the opportunity if you are from Mechanical, civil etc. Branch . Big companies like Google Microsoft etc came in campus and gave really good stipend. Cgpa should be good at the end of 2nd year for internship.

Placements are good here . Because of recession low paying jobs are very frequent which is a concern for IIT tag. From 7th semester student get eligible for placements. All big companies like Google, Microsoft etc plus our mechanical core companies comes every year. Highest package gets upto 1.5cr and avg. is around 16lakhs. Around 80% students get placed every year . My plan is to get job in data science field

Fees structure and scholarship policies are really good. A student from middle class family can get fee waiver according to his category and family income. My fees for 1 year is 142000 after fee waiver. SC/St students have to pay hostel fee only their whole institution fees get waived.If a student getting good cgpa and have good greats skills for industries then placements and internship is not a big issue for him . Placements are good but because of recession low paying jobs are coming in campus .

Fests are very good opportunity to built up your personal and social skills . Our cultural fest is Thomso and technical fest is Cognizance. Library provide every book important to our course and job related skills. Professors are well qualified and taught well. Can play and learn every kind of sports. Coaches and staff , material everything is available. Clubs are very active here. Technical and social clubs are backbone of our campus growth.

Hostels are average. We have to share room till second year and will get single room in 3rd year of btech. Wifi , electricity, water etc. kind of basic need is available for 24/7. Mess food is average.provides healthy but less tasty food.

For Admission I had prepared for Jee mains And Advanced . For this , you have to apply in Josaa and NTA sites . Advanced Application fees was Rs.2000. And you get eligible for advanced only if you passed the cutoff for jee mains.
