COLLEGE FACULTIES ARE VERY HELP FULL.THEY HELP STUDENTS AS MUCH AS THEY CAN
WE CAN PARTICIPATE VARIOUS TYPES OF TECHNICAL ACTIVITIES TO GROW OUR TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE.
SPORTS OPPURTUNITIES ARE GOOD. INDOOR OUTDOOR SPORTS BOTH ARE AVAILABLE IN THE CAMPUS. AND A RAGGING FREE CAMPUS.

Dislikes

CAMPUS SIZE IS VERY POOR. AND COLLEGE IS FAR AWAY FROM RAILWAY STATION.

I WAS ALWAYS AMBITIOUS SINCE CHILDHOOD THAT I WANT TO GROW MY CARRER IN COMPUTER SCIENCE AND I AM ALSO EAGER TO KNOW ABOUT TECHNOLOGY SO I CHOOSE THIS COURSE. FACULTY AND STUDENTS RATION IS VERY GOOD . ALL FACULTIES ARE VERY GOOD .THEY CLEAR OUR WITHOUT ANY HESITATION AND WE CAN SEE A FRIENDLY ENVIROMENT IN BETWEEN THE STUDENTS AND FACULTIES.MOST OF THEM ARE PHD FROM JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY. WE GET TIME 6 MONTHS BETWEEN TWO SEMESTER EXAM AND IF A STUDENT CAN STUDY WITH HARD WORK AND FOCUS IT IS VERY EASY TO PASS THE EXAM.

FEES IS LITTLE BIT HIGH THAN OTHER PRIVATE COLLEGES. 4 YEARS FEES FOR THIS COURSE IS 6 LAKHS 25 THOUSANDS IN LAST YEAR WHICH WAS 4 LAKHS 83 THOUSANDS. BUT COLLEGE GIVE US THAT MUCH OF FACILITIES. WE GOT SWAMI VIVEKANANDA SCHOLARSHIP WHICH IS 60 THOUSANDS RUPPEES PER YEAR. ALSO WE CAN EASILY PURCHASE ANY TYPE OF EDUCATIONAL BANK LOAN EASILY.

OUR COLLEGE FEST NAME IS MESMERIZER IT IS CONDUCTED ON THE MONTH OF JANUARY. OUR COLLEGE ORGANISED VARIOUS TYPES OF TECHNICAL FEST. WE CAN COLLECT ANY JOURNALS OR BOOKS WHICH IS REQUIRED FOR STUDY. CLASSROOMS ARE JUST NICE WE CAN SEAT VERY COMFORTABLY IN THE CLASSROOM.IT IS IN FULLY SURROUNDED BY AC. IT HAS ALSO A PROJECTER FOR VISUALIZTION OF LECTURE TOPIC. THERE WE CAN PLAY ALL TYPES OF INDOOR AND OUTDOOR GAMES AND COLLEGE ORGANISED TWO SPORTS COMPETITIONS INFINITO AND ZEST. OUR COLLEGE HAVE 4 TECH CLUBS , 1 SPORTS CLUB AND A CULTURAL CLUB.

Admission

ELIGIBITY OF THIS COURSE IS THROUGH WBJEE EXAM AND JEE MAINS EXAM I GOT KNOW ABOUT THIS COLLEGE FROM SOME SENIOR ENGINEERING STUDENTS, THEN I RECOMMANDED THIS COLLEGE ON MY WBJEE COUNCELLING AND FINALLY I ENTERED ON NSEC THROUGH COUNCELLING PROCESS. AND THE COLLEGE FIRST SEMESTER FEES IS 96500. AT THE FIRST WE DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA ABOUT COURSE FEES WE GOT KNOW ABOUT THIS ON ADMISSION DAY SO I THINK THEY SHOULD PROVIDE THE FEES STRUCTURE OF 4 YEAR COURSE CURICULLAM IN INTERNET.

Placement Experience:

From 4th year students become eligible for placements.Google, Microsoft,Gold Man Sacks, Apple were some of the companies that visited NIT Durgapur For placement regard.The highest package was 80lpa and the average package was 13 lpa.Total of 83% students got placed.The placement is quite good.

our college average package is 600000 per Anum and highest package is 1800000 per Anum according to recent data. and 80% of student got placed . And wipro , windows, tcs , siemens , tata like companies come to our college for placement. Core students are also got placed but many of them goes for hihger studies.

My experience about techno

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards , students become eligible for internships and stepping in 4th yr , students get eligible for campus placement. Techno provides decent campus placements according to your marks. Good marks also with skills get you better salary. Minimum 7.5 cgpa is mandatory to have you sit for campus placements. The lowest package is 3.4 LPA and highest vary but students also get 14LPA easily. Wipro, tcs ,cap ,gemini, amazon , ibm etc.

Elegibility for placement-Generally students become elligible for campus placement in their 7th semester or 8th semester and there might be some prerequisties such as minimum CGPA must be 6-7 with no bachlogs Internship and pre-placement offers-many companies offer internships during the 6th semester or 7th semester and successful interns may receive pre-placement offers if their performance is good. Companies that visits campus: TCS Accenture Cognizent Infosys Wipro Capgemini Deloite Byjus Tech Mahindra Placement Percentage-On average 80%-90% of students may secure jobs through campus placements.However this numbers could vary across different departments and specialization Highest and average package-The highest salary offered at Techno India University was 24 LPA and the average salary was 4-5 LPA. Plans after getting the degree: My plans depends on placement.If I get a job of around 15 LPA then I will not do master degree and if I get job of around 4-5 LPA then I will do master for further great opportunities

Things you should know before taking admission in NSEC

Others college which i got confirmed is RIT /quantum and haridwar university but i didn't go there because it was very far from my hometown and placement wasn't that much good as compared to my current college. I have given the west bengal joint entrance exam(wbjee) and through it the nsec college was allotted to me through counselling process. When the result declared, you have to apply for counselling and put your choice of colleges with rank. Every round you will be allotted college according to your result rank. Passing out in 2025, have seen a old place in 2021, to a new college in 2025, rennovated

I had a senior in my locality, 2019 passout, following whom I joined NSEC. I still admire and thank him for guiding me while joining NSEC. While admission I didint face any kind of interview. I had got a rank in WBJEE, and during the first counselling round, I selected NSEC, got NSEC, and finalized it by paying the first semester fees. I wasnt rejected by any college, as I went ahead with my first option. The counselling round at college isnt anything special, just a question whether or not we would be able to bear the college fees, as all comes down to money.
