I was always interested in cars that is why I chose this course The faculty-student ratio is 1: 20 The faculty is quilified as per the requirements of any college/university. The Professors Assistant Professors take give lectures for theory and concepts of the subject and tutorials are taken by the same faculty with assistance from the PHD Scholars for problem solving sessions The mid semester exams are comducted around 1.5 month after the semester starts and the end semester takes place around 1.5 or 2 months after the mid semester exams. There is also continuous evaluation throughout the semester which include quizzes and assignments or powerpoint presentations. The exams are not particularly hard (only if you prepare/study regularly though)

Since I am a first year student , I do not know a lot regarding this but in accordance to what I have been told by the seniors, companies like Microsoft, Google , Zscaler, BPCL and many more offer internships The institute also have a 6 months internship policy (given that you do not have more than backlogs)

Students become eligible for placements from 6th semester Infosys , Samsung, BPL, HCL, Wipro , Amazon , Flipcart, TATA Steel , TATA Motors are among the few companies that visit the campus Highest on-campus package 51LPA and off-campus 1.2 Crores Around 73% students get placements every year I plan to go for higher studies after getting my degree

The fee structure for one semester is as follows :- Institute Fee : 60000 Hostel Fee : 25500 Mess Fee : 25000 (+10000 caution fee only for first semsester) There is full tution fee waiver for SC/ST students and students with family income <=100000 per annum

Utkansh Annual Fest started in 2006 and has been held at NITJ ever since and for the tech fest , we have Techniti The library has 75000+ documents, subscribing over 5000+online full text journals and abstracting databases namely SCOPUS, and also 300+ e-books Classrooms are spacious, equipped with ACs, smart board and projectors, well lighted There are many clubs here but I will only talk about the one I got be part of during my time here and is one of the most important clubs of the institute which has been in existence for the past 11 years. the club is named PRAYAAS , here we , the students of the institute teach the less fortunate kids from basic kindergarten to advanced 10+2 courses. Currently, 230+ kids are being taught by this club There are 3 centres outside the campus where students go out to teach and some kids are also taught at the campus after the working hours of institute.

The hostel rooms are equipped with cupboards, fans, sturdy beds, a small balcony, ethernet ,tables and chairs Meals are quite good and we get a variety of food including snacks in evenings and sweets at dinner
