What Students Say

Likes

The faculty members and their help available 24 hrs
The football ground is good. We hav our own football team.
The volley ball court is also good where we can show talents.

Dislikes

The outdoor gym is not that well developed
Some faculties are rude and not cooperative .
At times we have to plead for attendance from our teachers if we take up sports.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty members are helpful and labs are well established. The university also provides with extra curriculum activities like a football team where I play and a cricket and volleyball are also available.

Class Size: 130Course Fees: INR 600000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I availed the vivekananda scholarship and student credit card loan for the studies. It was a bit difficult but the faculty members helped a lot for the process and they guided me every time I had a problem.

Campus Life

Campus life is good there is outdoor gym and a football ground. Its a multi purpose ground cricket is also played there. The JIS Samman held every year helps to gather talents from all over the college from different departments.

Admission

I took admission directly based on my 12 th and 10 th percentage. It was a smooth process and I went to their main office for admission. The staffs were really helpful. I got more in chemistry which paved the way for a smooth admission process.

College Life

Placement Experience:

1. 7th semester but more accurately 8th semester. 2.Cipla,Sunpharma, Tata1Mg, Frankrose, MedPlus,Alkem, Glenmark etc 3. Minimum 8 YGPA 4. Higher education is the primary aim but if i get some appropriate job opportunities then think about them also.

Placement Experience:

Gitanjali college also gives adequate placements opportunities. Opportunities comes from many sectors. Appolo, Med plus etc. are common and easy opportunities. Beside them Mainly Production companies like Macloids, Sun Pharma etc also conducts interview for their production units every year. Interviews are arranged for 4th year students only. My plan is to continue my higher studies.

Placement of the college is good last year 24 batch senior get placed and he got the highest package of 8 lpa and median package of 5 lakh and lowest package 2.50 lakh almost every student get placed and some student get for higher studies
