Course Curriculum Overview

I choose CSE because of it's demand. Students are very productive. They always try to learn new things. Teacher's are very good. Very cooperative. If we study hard obviously it's easy to pass any examinations.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My college fee structure is 2.07lac. which is not so expensive I think. But I applied for education loan. And I pay the fees through the loan. And yes, I got scholarship once. Form this money I brought a laptop.

Campus Life

Annual fest name was "Corus". Which we enjoyed a lot. It was conducted in June or July. Books are available at our library. But sometimes there is one or 2 books which we want that's not there. My college is very interested in sports. Like cricket, football. Website name - Aftabsk.

Admission

We have to be 12th pass. And we have to go through a WBJEE (JELET) exams. Then cut off will decide if we get any govt. College or private. Application form is available on WBJEE website. There is only SC, ST cota.

Campus life: Hype vs Truth

Placement Experience:

I heard it from seniors that before lockdown it was pretty decent but after lockdown the company visits are not that much comapred to before lockdown.Cognizent, Accenture, Mindtree, PQ360 which is a startup company of our senior alumni etc. visits.

Placement Experience:

Well as far as mh knowledge students get to placements from 6th semester itself . Well there are placement classes from 3rd semester itself . The placement track record of the college is quite good with most year about 90% gets placed with good companies comming like Deloitte, EY GDS , JP MORGAN, Oracle , offering high amount of placement offers like around 20+ lpa . Well I am not sure about my plans maybe if the palacement is good I'll take it or will be preparing for GATE (Whose courses are also provided from college .)

The life in HITK

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement in cse, it ,ece and sometimes elec branches. The others dpt also offers a quite unique variety of placements from different companies. Nearly 60 percent of the students have been placed in this year and others are still on board for a positive response.

A Deep Dive into JGEC

Placement Experience:

From 4th year the students become eligible for on campus placements. Few companies that visited are BEL which offered 12lpa , wtw which also offered 12lpa , TCS which offered 9 lpa highest, and many more . Highest package offered this year was 54lpa by Microsoft (off campus) . On campus highest was BEL which offered 12 lpa , the average package is around 8 lpa . My plan is to prepare myself for government exams and get a job by the end of my 4th year .
