Course Curriculum Overview
Because i got no other options than this course+maximum in my family and relatives are engineers..and this is one of the most secured and good paying job that is an IT engineer so that's why this course is choosen and each department got approximately 20 teachers, there is no clashes in class times....so 2:21. A wild guess
Internships Opportunities
Ardent, ISRO Bangalore, Kolkata police cyber cell(for cyber security students) are some major agencies my batch mates have went for internship and training programme... There is a project we need to do one in 3rd year one in 4th year
Placement Experience
From 6th sem companies come, you are eligible for campusing if you don't have any backlogs or ragging report in your name, though the second one never happened! No ragging in our campus. Highest package is 17lakh, companies like Mercedes, BOSCH, IBM, Infosys, TCS , Cognizant visit our campus
Fees and Financial Aid
Cost of study is 4,00,000 and there is financial assistance called National Scholarship portal... I haven't completed my 3rd year so i am yet to get a job.... there is no fees hike... there are many financial assistance u can get inside college
Campus Life
Annual fest name is UTOPIA, normally happens in January, big artists ,bands and DJ are brought for enjoyment. There's a Ocean of books in our library you can study everything. Every classroom has necessary desks, chairs , a Smart TV and projector There is a lot of activities throughout the year. the Risers Club of MCKVIE organises many events.
Admission
I took WBJEE, and got this college in 2nd round of Counseling...the cutoff was 32k for MCKVIE IT , i got 28k rank. Eligibility of the course is should be Higher Secondary graduated+ should be within the cutoff range.... Application fees for WBJEE was around 1.2k and other forms will be available in WBJEE website..... There is a facility called Tution Fees Waiver or TFW, only for meritful students and very less in number because in a stream there's is only 3 seats for TFW, and the family income should be less than 75k yearly and there should be domicile certificate and income certificate.....
