campus is so big as compared to other du colleges
course fees is very less as compared to private colleges
the admin office staffs are very helpful

Dislikes

the mess is so small and whenever we ask something it doesn't have
lab assistants and the few librarians are rude
in exams time you will hear about the bag robbery

Course Curriculum Overview

actually i didn't want this course but since i had no option i selected this college the faculty student ratio is like 40:7. most of the faculty are phd holder. profers are good but the lb assistany talks rudely. exams coducts in every 5 months

Class Size: 39Course Fees: INR 13800 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

in first year you have to pay ?23800 the fee is same for all courses it includes security deposit and other fees in second and the third year the fee becomes 13800 which actually less as comapare to private colleges. for scholarship you have to attend 75 percent class and your family income should be less than 2 lackh per anum.

our college orgnises fest called "SRIJAN" which is just for the repotution actually it is very bad fest. college have library and you can any book for 15 days if you don not return it you have to pay ?5 fine per day.

Admission

i have given cuet in 2022 then dont get any course in regular rounds as i have acored very less then a i had applied in spot round then got a seat in electronics.if you are targetting this college try to cs branch

KMC the life of wonders

Placement Experience:

The placements have been decent throughout the past years, around 40% of the students get placed through on campus placements. From the final year itself , the students are eligible for placements. The highest package went around 18-20 LPA while average package was around 5-6 LPA. While the packages are exceptionally high the companies that came for recruitment were also big firms like airtel, blinkit, zepto, EY, McKinsey, google, meta ,zoho, etc. The top positions that were offered included many interim heads and assisstant positions.

My views on KMC . A final year student

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our course (B.Sc Hons. Mathematics ) is more focused towards descriptive and theoritical method since my course belong to pure mathematics along with that I have statistics in my generic elective (GE) which is more application based. Our course is structured more towards reseach part. Whereas the commerce and economics courses are more relevant to practical industry knowldege. The usual struture is divided into two part in each sem generally known as end and mid sem exam. Whereas there exist weekly and monthly examination which majorly depends upon the teaching style of the faculty.

Reality of a top North campus college - Kirori mal College

The placement offered in our college is decent. All the third year and fourth year students are allowed to sit in the placement process.the placement process starts from July and continue till next year's june, Top companies which visited are - D.E, Shaw , Accenture , LEK capibilities network , ZS associates. Kirori mal college a nice college filled with greenery and enthusiasm

Placement Experience:

The placement in this college is good.Many companies come to the college to give placements.the students who are from fifth or sixth semester are eligible for campus selection and can sit in interviews taken by companies.The companies .like Wipro, Amazon, PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, McKinsey & company, Zomato, EY, etc. come to the college.according to previous record companies provide 176 offers.The highest package offered was rupees 23.05 LPA and the average package offered was rrupees 7.25 LPA.Last year 172 students get placements via campus placement.My plan is to go for post graduation after getting this degree.
