Likes

Social life of the college was very amazing I loved this as I haven't made such a group before this.
College sports facilities a very big ground and very good facilities in sports room
Presence of boys common room and girls common room in the college

Dislikes

Administration is little bit slow in case of physical visit
Security is little bit less the security guard is not too active
Checking of identity cards while entering college is not good anyone can enter without checking

The Vocational courses offered by the College are very practical in life I chose HRM because I belong to commerce field and it's a topic of our line Also I dont want to pursue bcom because it's just cramming and it's very common therefore I opted for HRM also it's the most popular course of college

3rd year students are eligible for campus placements The college offers on campus placements to the students . Highest package offerd in year 2022 was 12 lakhs and average package is 6 to7 lakhs In 2022 almost 20% students got placed I am also pursuing company secretary course side by side and A graduate with HRM will be very helpful in getting a job after CS

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees offered by the College for the course of HRM is 12,230 for a year also other courses are of almost same fees but courses like BSC AND BTECH are a little bit expensive than others but they are also nominal and acceptable. The college provides campus placement opportunities too for the candidates placement services are also provided but not by campus the societies which are active in the college brings these kinds of facilities And overall it's very nice

Campus Life

Our college CVS conducts the annual fest named TATVA in Feb after the semester exams and also time time to fests are also conducted by different societies THE social life there is very interesting One gets exposure here . Library is very good one can get boobs journals past years,online research room is also provided in library. Classrooms have white boards and projectors in the classes that help the students to learn their best throght ppts classes can make many students sit approximately 80 to 100 hundred students comfortably . Some of The societies run by the students Nss,Encrypt,Book club, Enactus , TEB AND MANY MORE

Admission

As this college comes under delhi university so I had to give CUET exam to take admission I got this college on 660 marks after normalisation in CUET out of 800 The course I got is HRM which is the most demanding course of the college Application form is just CUET one has to target du in CUET and fill the preference sheet accordingly to get admission in CVS. Some students got admission with help of EWS that also helped them The admission process was nice, for any issue the administration responded very nicely

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from 4th or 5th semester. Deloitte , Bain & company, PWC ,EY, Grant Thornton (for consulting services) offer the highest package to roles like analyst and accountant. Other companies such as ICICI Bank, Kotak securities , Inshorts , Urban company,HUL, Wipro,ITC hotels , Appollo Hospital etc. the highest package recorded in 2024 was 23.05 LPA and average package as 6 LPA . 85-90% of the eligible students get the placement, the data might vary as some students opt for 4th year for their research work. My plans after getting the degree lie in marketing or consulting field.

Placement Experience:

From the second year people are eligible for internships and placements. Our course and college offers very well placements as compared to other colleges in terms of the industry exposure. My plan is to do the 4- year course and then do a job for 1-2 years then start my own business while pursuing masters degree

I to be honest don't like my course much but it's not too bad also , it does allow you to have a practical exposure along side your studies. As the pressure of syllabus is not much. Teaching methods are not too good also but not bad too. The difficulty level is not much.

Consequences after getting admitted in DU

I gave the CUET exams to get my college. CUET exam is basically an entrance test for bachelors degree which eligibles you to all the central universities of India. You have to appear for four domain subjects that you have studied in your class 11th and 12th. You can apply for any course irrespective of it's connection with the subjects that you jave studied earlier. Based on your cuet score you will be eligible for different courses. The cutoff is really high for Delhi University starting from 600 for more most of the courses starting from the lower reputed colleges. You do get reservation benefits. The application form are generally out in the month of April. The exam has nothing to do with your class 12th percentage until you have passed the class. The only demerit I find is the late admission process. By the time you get the results of the exam, other top colleges' admission are done by then....Read More
