Experience of my college life

Campus is smaller than other colleges. But less time is wasted in roaming. Interference between departments is very less.

Admission at the college is based upon the merits of Jee marks. Though there is also another way to get the admission that is through management quota.

Practical experiences like the engineering projects are lacking.

College provides good industry internships. Teachers of respective departments also visits the industries to check the works.

Placement graphs are fluctuating. Some years it's good and some years its bad. Most of the alumnae that I got to meet at pursuing different career from the studies. Mostly entrepreneurs and business men.

College holds talent hunts and youth festival every year.

1st semester costs ₹59200 and 2nd semester costs ₹35000. For SC students it's less than even half the fee, other students are paying. It's almost 1/4th or even less.

College itself does not provide any scholarship. Only SC students get scholarship through government of India along with 3 or 4 AICTC students every year from Jam mu and Kashmir.

Extra activities in artistic fields are available but engineering co curricular activities like projects are lacking.

College has separate hostels for boys and girls. Food is almost fine as per the boys hostel reports. PG hostel is also available for M.Tech, Mca and Mba students

Notable Alumnae are mostly business men and artists. Rarely anyone placed in a good industry

As per PTU rules 2 mid semester tests are held before the semester exams. The best of each subject is considered for final exam as the assessment.

Faculty can be considered co operative. Some staff members are really strict but most of them are nice and friendly.
