MET 2007, i have scored 89/200 i have not opt for this college and i have got this college in open counselling as i have not get my desired college and planing to appear in entrance again . But all of sudden i found in news paper that DAVIET is going to start MBA first time and i planed to join because of brand name.

As it need to add subject related to banking , pharmaceutical, and few new streams in MBA curriculum like Actuary , event management , project finance , project management need to be include in curriculum. Practical examples and practicality of things needs to be key ingredient for the curriculum.

Yes, college provide internship. i have got internship in vardhman Ludhiana with my own efforts and no stipend was paid to me. During my period from 2007 to 2009 college provide internships to few. But know college has improved alot.

Limited opportunity is provided during that time ie 2007 to 2009 as only 2 companies visited the campus and those who joined the companies as trainees are early quitters. Most of the batch mates got job with efforts of their own and few got job which doesn't suits to MBA trait.

There are various events that are celebrated in college but i remember only tow. 1 Tech Kriti and 2nd is debate competition. Both these are hosted jointly by Management and Engineering wings jointly. I also participated in Tech kriti and won two prizes.

Fee structure at par as compared to other private college. Odd semesters have less fees as compared to even semesters. Still it touch 2 lack at time of 2009 for complete MBA. Very few private college charging less than my college in terms of competition.

There is no as such scholarship or loan offered by college. Even i had search alot for scholarship but i did not get anyone. During the last of MBA i come to know there was a scholarship on basis of merit given by DAV managing committee but even scoring good marks.

Exam structure is good. Practicality part is much more influenced even Few faculty members doesn't touch during their teaching practice. But frequency of conducting exam hampers student more, because MBA needs overall development of student and while conducting exam. Students mostly busy in cramming.
