Remarks

In my opinion the campus is so good and the celebrations and fests are good,but should invest enough money for the cultural fests

Entrance Preview

KEAM entrance exam.I was trying to get admission in this college because it was near my home.In my opinion to get this course is a Boon because it is a standard course than any other courses. Most of the students who wants to do engineering opts for this course.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is good. But not of high standards. Labs are not given in required amount, which lacks the practical skills among students. Research and electives will be provided in later semester of college.

Internships Opportunities

Yes,the college provides internships for the students.The interns was awsome.i don't know about stipend amount

Placement Experience

Placement Scenario was very good.percentage I don't know shymas honda etc.., average package is around 4 LPA. I think i'll do better than that.

College Events

Technical fest is very good,but not that much good as the private colleges because they invests a lot of money

Fee Structure And Facilities

It was affordable to me. 35000 rupees per year. I have got government seat in this college.so I am very glad on continuing this college

Yes the college provide loans and also scholarships for students.

Yes,we had shower out talents in fests.The college provides all the facilities

In this college the faculties are very experienced and they are changing on every semester.Their interaction is good,they are teaching us very effectively,giving many problems to practice in class hours and homework etc

Experience as a first year student at NIT calicut

Placement Experience:

Here we recieve a really high number of offers this year it was around 970, The highest package received this year was 44.42 lpa and average was around 12 lpa Accenture, Bharat electronics limited are few of the top hirers, intel and nvidia also hire from here they are more relevant for ece students The percentage of students getting placed is 81% I will most probably try for a direct placement, I'm not thinking about higher studies(MTECH)after UG but that might change in the future

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

The admission process began with myself being ranked at 20k in the KEAM examination where i was alloted to college of engineering and management, punnapra on a merit seat.
