I choose bsc Honors chemistry because it offers many oppertunities after degree completion. there is enough facilities and faculties in my department.. they all are well qualified from top universities of our country.the exams will happen timely and you can pass the exam if you done the basic preparations

Actually there are workshops and conferences are more in number than internships in hinducollege.. you can get into various conference and workshop like atmospheric science workshop,green chemistry workshop etc

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure was 20000 per year for 4 years..so if cost about 80000 to complete the course. You need to pay examination fees separately.you can get Central sector scholarship, inspire scholarship etc

The facilities are very high compare to other college's..there is a wast library with almost all types of reference books.there is an annual fest called Mecca .and other department fests in college.its almost very good

Admission

I got admission on the basis of plus two mark in 2021 But from 2022 onwards its based on cuet ug entrance examination.you need to clear a specific cutoff to get admission here. Usually the cutoff for bsc Honors chemistry is higher in hindu college because its one of the best college available for bsc Honors chemistry

The Life at Ramjas College.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was always interested course. It's relevant to the exams in that particular field. The syllabus for life and other exams in this field. I think that there is a lack of actual real life practice in basic courses. If could be made more aligned to what we do in real life it would have been better. The exams are easy enough to pass by just studying one month before exams and submitting the internal assessments properly. There are end semester exams which gives enough time to prepare well.

We have an active placement cell in the college. Students are eligible for placement in 6th Semester. there are quite a lot of companies that offer jobs and we do get a decent average package. I plan on pursuing master's degree after this.

Aryabhatta College (Delhi University), a new but hustling place

Course Curriculum Overview:

i believe CS hons is a decent course. The curriculum is however, very outdated. We are being taught several topics that have no relevance these days and they arent even taught properly. I believe a far better choice would be doing BTech instead since it has a better course and companies prefer that over BSc CS. In terms of preparing for the real world, i believe this course has no use since the most important parts we have to learn it ourselves. Exams are conducted once at the end of every semester (including practical and theory). However during the semesters, there are multiple tests taken to asses our knowledge regularly

I think from 3 year 5th semester students are eligible for the placement. Companies that comes are Deloitte,ibm etc. i have not too much knowledge about that but i think the median package is 4-5 lakh per annum and highest is 10 lakh. My want to become more professional and become capable to buy anything of my interest.

I choose this college as it got the NIRF rank 1 in 2024. The college is very diverse in terms of courses and students. The college has a campus area of around 25 acre. I have applied for the other colleges of north campus too but Hindu College was my first priority. I got it in the first round of common seat allocation system so I didn't need to bother to choose other colleges. I have to give cuet exam so that I can take admission in Delhi University. The eligibility for my course was to study mathematics till 12th class and the student who has given maths exam in cuet and 2 other subject and 1 language exam. Then the cutoff for this course comes in various colleges. College and course are allotted on the CSAS portal of Delhi University.
