Principal Mam,like she is so strict,she can't let even organise many society to fest.
There are so few events happen there, and so many restrictions by principal Mam.

I choosed this course because I had decided that either I will pursue btech from any private college or will study computer Science from du. The student ratio is normal like in my batch there are 90 students and I think it's okay because to enjoy our college life we need people to share our happiness. In this course we can either study it for 4 years to get major degree or can only get 3 year normal degree, when we studied for 3 years in that there are 6 semester, each semester goes on for 4 months including exams

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 52000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees of B.Sc(Hons) computer Science in du is around 52,000 which is highest among all courses. There are lots of events Held and many hackathon ,if you are a good coder and have programming language u can survive easily in this course and also get chance to earn from hackathon as well

Campus Life

Camus life is good, to live your best life there first make friends either in your department or course or join college society, yes college society are new families were people share same interests. In your first year explore more as you can and try balance studies also to make your 2nd year also cherished, because 2nd year is the most busy year of all

Admission

It was through CUET exam ,it was bit confusing because we were receiving diff information from different sources and there were lots of fake rumours as well. We need a platform were only official information and reminder about admission and exams are posted.

A college review full of pros and cons

Course Curriculum Overview:

The core subjects are very well divided, the main problem arises with the other additional subjects which requires efforts as same as the other subject even though they don't hold any importance as such. Maybe reducing other subject or making them practical based instead of theory based would be helpful.

Though i think maths is a great subject as it is what gives birth to every field but within course it self its all theory and pure maths i thing real application would be appreciated we do have practical for 1 subject each sem thats it should he more.

The Life of A DRC student

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are moderate as the average package is ?6.5 lakhs and the highest package is around ?23.02 lakhs . Many prestigious companies like delloite, accenture have held various placement sessions in DRC and it's overall a good to place for companies to get high skilled students. The placement cell is very active too which makes it possible for our college to get many internships and placements opportunities.

i think it's very outdated and not of any practical use unless you go for research and scientific fields of science. it does not prepare much for the real world and current market but teaches about biology and chemistry which helps sometimes. the frequency if exam is fine.

Campus Life:

The Fest organised by this college is Priyadarshini and the annual fest Rajnigandha. The Fest are not great in comparison to other du college and are not that much celebrated. There are many different kinds books present in library like literature,Hindi, Chemistry, Maths, zoology, biology, botany, political science, History Geography the books are only alloted till 12pm and only for 15 days after that you will be charged if book is not returned Sports and Extracurricular are good but classrooms are not that great most projectors in classrooms don't work . There are many good societies in college like jamini the art society and others but joining has caused students to leave their classes which affects them academically

KMC- Path to learn and grow

Placement Experience:

The placements cell Avenues regarding the placement offers coming to the college. Major companies of the job market come to the campus for recruitment like KPMG, deloitte, zepto, EY, ZS Associates and many more. The students from the final year itself gets eligible for placements. Around 30-40% students get the palcements through the placement drive. The highest package during the last palcement season was around 18 to 20LPA, while the average was 7 to 8LPA. I will certainly go for higher studies in operational research.
