Likes

The environment is very calm and i feel very safe.
There are lot of events that are ongoing by different society which is good.
There is lot of greenery and teachers are really good.

Dislikes

There are not many smart boards in the classroom
Fees is high as compared to other colleges
Wifi is very slower in the college and moreover the password is not provided to us.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have a keen interest in maths so i opted for that course. Though it's a little difficult course but i manage to do that. There are many new things which i am learning and have lots of doubts regarding them too but my teachers really help me to solve them.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 34600 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees for my College Daulat Ram is about 34600 per year for my course. And moreover i paid 1610 ruppes additionally for my exams in this semester. There are many scholarships available that are offerred by our college. And also my other friends fees is also around 32000-34000.

Campus Life

The campus life is very good. There are many fests in college. Talking about social aspect we have many societies which help is grow in our social aspects. There are many sports activities in our college and many sports fests which is very good.

Admission

Nirf ranking of this college is very good. Moreover this is an all girls college making it very safe and environment of this college is very good. The fests are amazing and the societies are good too.

Faculty

The faculty members of our department are very good. They are very helpful in solving doubts and understanding our problem. They are friendly as well, they teach very good too. There is 1 mid sem exam and 1 final sem exam . Almost every student in my class passed the exam.

Interview Experience

Majorly there was cuet exam which i have cleared and according to my marks i have alloted this college and this course and overall i freeze my option and got this college with my favorable course and favorable college

Night Life

The nightlife is very peaceful our college also provide hostel and there are many food points near the college in which the students can hang out. There is gym in the college as well as near the college and our college also has a library.

A college review full of pros and cons

Course Curriculum Overview:

The core subjects are very well divided, the main problem arises with the other additional subjects which requires efforts as same as the other subject even though they don't hold any importance as such. Maybe reducing other subject or making them practical based instead of theory based would be helpful.

Though i think maths is a great subject as it is what gives birth to every field but within course it self its all theory and pure maths i thing real application would be appreciated we do have practical for 1 subject each sem thats it should he more.

The Life of A DRC student

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are moderate as the average package is ?6.5 lakhs and the highest package is around ?23.02 lakhs . Many prestigious companies like delloite, accenture have held various placement sessions in DRC and it's overall a good to place for companies to get high skilled students. The placement cell is very active too which makes it possible for our college to get many internships and placements opportunities.

i think it's very outdated and not of any practical use unless you go for research and scientific fields of science. it does not prepare much for the real world and current market but teaches about biology and chemistry which helps sometimes. the frequency if exam is fine.

Campus Life:

The Fest organised by this college is Priyadarshini and the annual fest Rajnigandha. The Fest are not great in comparison to other du college and are not that much celebrated. There are many different kinds books present in library like literature,Hindi, Chemistry, Maths, zoology, biology, botany, political science, History Geography the books are only alloted till 12pm and only for 15 days after that you will be charged if book is not returned Sports and Extracurricular are good but classrooms are not that great most projectors in classrooms don't work . There are many good societies in college like jamini the art society and others but joining has caused students to leave their classes which affects them academically

KMC- Path to learn and grow

Placement Experience:

The placements cell Avenues regarding the placement offers coming to the college. Major companies of the job market come to the campus for recruitment like KPMG, deloitte, zepto, EY, ZS Associates and many more. The students from the final year itself gets eligible for placements. Around 30-40% students get the palcements through the placement drive. The highest package during the last palcement season was around 18 to 20LPA, while the average was 7 to 8LPA. I will certainly go for higher studies in operational research.

I, in my first list got this college and freezed it right away. I really liked the course and DRC being in the OG North Campus fantasized me so much. It being the girls college is the win win situation for me as there was no preference of me being in Co-Ed but a college with reputation and good course. I choose this college over other because it's a government and central university. Means it fees is a lot less as compared to private colleges. Moreover it provides more exposure as compared to other colleges . And the crowd , I think there is competition so I will meet more dedicated ambitions people.
