Course Curriculum Overview

B.com hons as a Cource is good but it requires pinch of hardwork. administrative Faculty here is not soo good but teacher and teaching staff are very helpfull. The principal here iss soo shady and because of her the overall growth and infrastructure of the college suffers in maintainance and working . But side by side the student union manages the work

There were more than 95 companies offer recruitment and the profiles offered were in the following percentage marketing and research 13.2% operations 15.8% it 10.5% business development 15.8% finance 39.5% and others 5.3%

From 3 to 4th semester students become eligible for internship. The companies who visited college last were Infosys, tcs , upgrad, Wipro, lic, ICICI prudential, snb, Accenture and many more in total 35+ recruiters and with 95+ offers. I would rather go for masters instead of going for a job after bachelors degree. Or the situation would speak more in it

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees and cost to study is good here and there are some scholarship facilities also available in the college. I don't see here any job in campus or with stipend. Every thing related to jobs or internship is done by placement cell or by the student only.

Campus Life

The annual fest is named tryst and is usually done after exams but the management and the funding by the principal makes it worst . The availability of books and journals in library Is good and amenities in classroom includes projector facilities which mostly teachers don't use because of if damaged white sheet. sports and extra curricular activities on the campus is not soo good to appreciate and the gym facilities and their Timings aree the worst.

Admission

Admission process was quite easy as everything was done digitally and with Hasselfree and less paperwork, this was made easy because of cuet entrance test which required my class 12th English, accountancy, business studies and economics . After the CUET examination results were declared the next step was to fill preference list of colleges along with the course and then step by step everything was done

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very interesting & it teaches you a lot about the entrepreneurship. Specially in the field of commerce it gives you the right information and exposure to the real world. Subjects like Corporate law , business law , Cost accounting and etc teaches you a lot about practicality.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say that SEC and VAC, were added by the university to enhance students mind, but these subjects feel more like burden to the students. And also the theoretical and numerics being taught, are not relevant to todays world, as curiculum in the books is not upto date, The assignments pressure.. and sometimes the fear of getting low marks.

MLNCE - Average but Enjoyable

Placement Experience:

The placement in Motilal Nehru College (Evening) is decent and is led mainly by the Placement Cell. Though inactive earlier, the placement cell has become significantly more active recently, bringing in more internship and job opportunities. Students become eligible for placements during 3rd year. In a good placement season, companies like Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY come for Audit, Taxation, Risk Advisory, HR jobs. Other companies like DE Shaw & Co, Accenture, Capital IQ also come during job fairs. Earlier, Wipro, TCS, Amazon, Flipkart have also recruited from the college mainly for Sales, Business Development, Operations jobs. Highest on-campus package is ?18.7 LPA and rhe average package is ?3.6-4.5 LPA. Approximately 40% to 50% of students who participate in the process secure placements. My plan is to get into freelancing after college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In regard to the relevancy of the course Im quite fond of the subjects such as BL CA AND HRM they give us the better insights for both practical and theoritical knowledge making us ready for the "real" world . As For the improvement i feel like there should be some flexibility in GE so that students can choose a sub as per their choice as Hindi is fixed for me which isnt quite suitable for my course and it just drags my CGP down. The frequency if the exam is okay but the timing I feel like its way too fast just after first sem exam we had classes and all test and felt like it went on a spur

Placement Experience:

Placement in SRCC is very amazing, and way beyond the placements of DU colleges. A lot of big big names in Finance, and consulting domain, recruit from campus including McKinsey & Co., Bain & Company, Kearney, Big 4s and all. Highest package is 35+ LPA and Average Package is 10 LPA. I HAVE PLANNED TO complete my ACCA along with a little work experience.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

yes, i have applied for other colleges who teach BMS. Sukhdev college of business studies was my first priority and sadly i couldnt make it into SSCBS as its is NO1 college of India to study BMS and its cutoff is always high as compared to other colleges . to get Admission in these colleges of DU you have to give CUET and then you get admission on your score . for courses like BMS you have to score good In general test and maths as these subjects are considered while Admission . what mistake i did that i could not able to get my dream college is that i did not prepare well . you have to understand that if your goals are bigger you also have to work hard ....Read More

There is no any fixed confirmation to get admission in this college . I got this college randomly and I appied for computer science stream in the other colleges like St. Stephen ,Kirori mal college, Atma Ram Sanatan Dharm college and other than delhi universities such as Banaras Hindu Universities (BHU) . 3 years of figuring it out at KMV

I applied for Symbiosis Pune, Christ Banglore, NMIMS Mumbai, IIM ROHTAK AND INDORE, I got admission in all except IIM, and also got in Keshav Mahavidyalaya after giving cuet, discussed which should i go for from many mentors and everyone adviced for KMV. Comparing to other colleges the fees here i very very less as all other are private colleges, but the services provided there are according to the fees and so is the crowd. Well I scored 350/450 in IIM Rohtak exam and what went wrong was the paper came way too easy due to which cutoff went 409 compared to 330 last year. I could have got any south campus college and even some of the north but I chose KMV because it was on second position for BMS.
