Review of Nit Calicut.

Chemical engineering is a pretty good branch. Where chemical engineers develop and design chemical manufacturing process.Nit Calicut has experienced faculty they encourage students. There qualifications is upto levels of professor and doctors. There will be two semester in an academic year. Per semester there will be two term exams namely midterm and end term semester.

I am first year student I don't know about internship but college provides internship programs for third year students. The companies like Google, microsoft, Amazon, Tata companies etc. Many students are participating in the internship and succesed.

Has iam first year student I don't know much about placements. But in the year 2022 &2023 nit Calicut secured good placements .Has the placement report, Nit Calicut witnessed the highest package of Inr 47 lpa for ug programme. A total of 84.76 percent got placed in the placement session 2023. Nit Calicut placements 2023 saw the participation of 197 companies recruiting a total of 1144 students. Big tech companies like Google, microsoft, Amazon, Tata industries etc. participated.

There will be tution fees of 125000 and hostel fees of 66000 per year.The college provide scholarship opportunities two. Majority of the students prefer National Scholarship Program (NSP). After applying for the nsp college will be verifing our application forther to the ministry level.

Compus facilities good and hostel infrastructure also good. I am enjoying each and every moment in the campus.And campus provides sports and extra curriculum activities.And campus Central library provides different books to study. Different clubs like Mathematica, iste, nature club, RIG, FOSSCell etc.

Our hostel provides many facilities like each room consist of four members. In room there is two fans, two lights, caboards and good ventilation in the room. Actually food was very good in our hostel.And serve different varieties each day.

The admission process went smoothly. After passing of class 12th we have to apply Joint Entrance Exam mains. After qualifying Jee Mains then we participate JOSAA Councelling. We have to give the college option in the JOSAA portal. After securing respected college.we have to report in the college physically. By paying the admission fee hence admission will be complete.
