Faculty are highly qualified ,and professors gets parents quite often there is semester of 4 months with 1 midterm and 1 end term exam that is not difficult to pass,ther eare labs and practical classes with quizzes and 75 percent attendance is mandatory to appear in the exams ,it is a bit difficult to get very good grades but easy to pass the examinations .

As of now I am not able to get any intership ,mainly companies visits for non core like sde ,development etc,consultancy and few for quant profile .very few companies takes students for core roles like jaguar hired only 3 people ,itc hired only 3 people ,

More than 90% students are placed. Highest CTC is 2.15 cr and average if 20 lpa .all tech giants like Google Flipkart ,Amazon ,Microsoft's comes and hires students .there is also good scope in core electrical and mechanical domain ,chemical and production as well . commercial banks do come and hire .consultancy and product management is also quite popular in campus .some of the students opt for higher education as well .

Fee is almost constant ,there are various scholarships for the needy people ,those with family income less than 5pla get their 2/3 of tution fee omitted,and those who fall in the same criteria with their grades in top 25%in their class are given full scholarship ,for the people with less than 1lpa family income full tution fee is off ,there is also some benefits and financial assistance for sc,st people

There is. Cognizance techfest conducted in March and Thomson cultural fest conducted in October ,and sangram sports fest conducted in February .all kinds of sports facilities are available like football ,basketball cricket ,tennis squash badminton ,swimming, hockey ,etc there are various sports facilities in each hostels and there is also main sports. Complex .there are various clubs like roorkee motorsports team knox SDS ,pag, robocon,Mars, aries etc

Hostels are quite affordable, mess is good and meal served is very hygienic and there is lots of varieties in the meal .menu in the mess contains foods from all over India South Indian food, North Indian etc .alll the facilities are available in hostel like free wifi ,and room is equipped with 2 table 1 chair 1 bed 1 cupboard, the hostels are well maintained and all the other facilities are available in hostel

You should be jee advanced qualified ,generally mechanical in iitr opens around air 2200 and closes around air 3600 for general category male .fill the jeee mains form and give the exam jee mains is conducted by nta(national testing agency)every year and after qualifying for jee advanced there is counselling using jee main roll no and jee advanced ,all the eligible colleges and branches are shown while doing the counselling ,admission in IIT for undergraduate courses are done after qualifying jee advanced
