Seniors of our college helps a lot and they also guides.
Teacher also helps a lot for subject related and others related also.
We injoys fests and college life, and the sports too.

Dislikes

College campus is too small, so there all outdoor games are not possible.
The college is in kolkata but in slightly remote area.
The college don't provide hostel facility.

I chose this college as my rank matched the cut-off for the Btech Cse branch. The faculty-student ratio is 1:12 Maximum teachers of this college have completed master's degrees, but you will find some PhD holders also. Term exams are taken according to the schedule issued by MAKAUT University, and they are medium-difficulty papers.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and L&T gives an opportunity for internships, for the role of a Web developer, graphics designer, digital marketing, software developer, etc. You have to show projects like Web development, App development, etc to clarify the tasks.

Placement Experience

From 3rd year students are eligible for internships, and placements. Companies like TCS, Wipro, and L&T visit our college. The highest package till now is 35 lpa and the average is 5 lpa. around 80 percent of students get placement. I plan to go for the Gate exam after the degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees will slightly increased in 2023. In 2022 it was 5.5 lakh. Now in 2023, it is 6.25 lakh. College guides to get scholarships, if you are eligible for it. You have some opportunities through internships that can help you, but surely you have to work hard by yourself to get good placements or internships.

there are many fests in our colleges annual and departmental. The annual fest is mesmerized and there are many departmental fests also. You will have a library membership in our college. Yes, there are a lot of books and journals in the college library. The classrooms are well-designed, and there are ACs in the classroom.

Admission

To be admitted to Netaji Subhash Engineering College, Kolkata, you must clear the WBJEE exam. Cut-off for this college varies every year, but generally if have an 11.5k rank you may easily get the opportunity take admitted to this college This college gives a tuition fee waiver scheme only to the domiciled students, but you have to score better for this.

From 4th year students become eligible for placements.Google, Microsoft,Gold Man Sacks, Apple were some of the companies that visited NIT Durgapur For placement regard.The highest package was 80lpa and the average package was 13 lpa.Total of 83% students got placed.The placement is quite good.

our college average package is 600000 per Anum and highest package is 1800000 per Anum according to recent data. and 80% of student got placed . And wipro , windows, tcs , siemens , tata like companies come to our college for placement. Core students are also got placed but many of them goes for hihger studies.

My experience about techno

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards , students become eligible for internships and stepping in 4th yr , students get eligible for campus placement. Techno provides decent campus placements according to your marks. Good marks also with skills get you better salary. Minimum 7.5 cgpa is mandatory to have you sit for campus placements. The lowest package is 3.4 LPA and highest vary but students also get 14LPA easily. Wipro, tcs ,cap ,gemini, amazon , ibm etc.

Companies that visits campus: TCS Accenture Cognizent Infosys Wipro Capgemini Deloite Byjus Tech Mahindra Placement Percentage-On average 80%-90% of students may secure jobs through campus placements.However this numbers could vary across different departments and specialization Highest and average package-The highest salary offered at Techno India University was 24 LPA and the average salary was 4-5 LPA. Plans after getting the degree: My plans depends on placement.If I get a job of around 15 LPA then I will not do master degree and if I get job of around 4-5 LPA then I will do master for further great opportunities

Things you should know before taking admission in NSEC

Others college which i got confirmed is RIT /quantum and haridwar university but i didn't go there because it was very far from my hometown and placement wasn't that much good as compared to my current college. I have given the west bengal joint entrance exam(wbjee) and through it the nsec college was allotted to me through counselling process. When the result declared, you have to apply for counselling and put your choice of colleges with rank. Every round you will be allotted college according to your result rank. Passing out in 2025, have seen a old place in 2021, to a new college in 2025, rennovated

I had a senior in my locality, 2019 passout, following whom I joined NSEC. I still admire and thank him for guiding me while joining NSEC. While admission I didint face any kind of interview. I had got a rank in WBJEE, and during the first counselling round, I selected NSEC, got NSEC, and finalized it by paying the first semester fees. I wasnt rejected by any college, as I went ahead with my first option. The counselling round at college isnt anything special, just a question whether or not we would be able to bear the college fees, as all comes down to money.
