A review on my second home

I have always wanted to do engineering from my childhood and I have a keen interest in the field of Computer Science. Faculty is well maintained so the ratio of faculty to students will be 1:12 Most of the faculty are highly qualified to a level of Ph.D. and some non-subject teachers have their masters completed. And their teaching way is very good and understandable. Semesters are once in six months and three midsems and one quiz in a six-month semester. And question level is made to pass the qualified candidates.

For internships, one needs to search for themselves and make a better choice on which to apply and then can discuss with our professors and apply to them. Various real-life and industrial projects are in practice in our college to build the industrial mindset in the students so they can work in the new environment with quite ease.

From 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Various MNCs visit our college during placements and recruit 100-200 students per year. 60-70% of students get their placement from campus. I am going to apply for the GATE examination to pursue master's after the degree.

The cost to study is really low and students with 60% in their last examination will get scholarships up to 60k per year for the full course duration. Scholarships like state scholarships and private scholarships are provided in this course. Paid Internships with a minimum of 5k per month are common in this college

Life is good and enjoyable, and senior-junior interaction is too good to a level that in any need helping hands are more than one needs. The library provides a lot of books some may be outdated but it still works. Classroom amenities are well maintained through Class Representatives and the Student Association keeps a good track of it. The college has a sports club associate that offers a lot of sports like football, cricket, chess, carrom, table tennis and online games as well.

To gain admission to this college one needs to sit for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination. The application process is done through the WBJEE portal and dates are mentioned on the website. The admission process is no doubt very user-friendly and easy to handle.
