campus life of my college is nice whenever I want i can go out
the curriculum is was best own you can learn everything in the college
most of the staffs were nice and they are guiding us in the good way

Dislikes

the difficult level of the exam paper is very tough
mess food is worst in the college even though I pay money for mess I always in canteen
if you score less mark in 2 or more sub in mid exam they will send letter to your home

Course Curriculum Overview

the curriculum was very good right now I am studying 2 year but I have learned 5 programming languages because of this curriculum and also most of the faculty members were nice and liberal you can feel the freedom inside the college and also all the staffs were well knowledgeable for each sem there will be 2 mid exam and also one. end exam and difficulty level of question paper is one of the worst thing I hate in the college for 50 mark exam in class there will 130 members but ther first mark will 32 something like that that much it is difficult

the fees is more compartive than the iiit kancheepuram because iiit Kottayam was taking care by half private and half government so that the fees are more and also if you have sc cota and other requirements you will get scholarship and financial support in the college

Campus Life

campus life is awesome even though the campus was small but the campus has lots of freedom you are free to do what ever you want but don't tell you will sell they won't allow that???? clg has some clubs like wild beats club for musica and dance ,arts club,sports club and the social approach of other student also nice in the college

Hostel Facilities

hostel has good facility each room was allotted with 3 members and each room has 2 ethernet connection and also cart, table,chair for each person and for every 15 room there will 3 router for wifi connection and also the washing machine but mess food is not that much good even though the menu is good????

Admission

the eligibility of the course is you need score good ranks in jee main exams and the application will be available in jossa counseling each caste has their seperate reservation according to the rules of if they improve the thier website it will be good and if you score 95 percentile you will get some decent seat some iiits or nits

from semister 6 students become eligible for campus placements and companies loke bank of america , google microsoft etc visited for campus placements and the highest package is about 54 lakhs where as average is 11 lakhs and about 98% of the students are placed

Placement Experience:

The placement here is top notch. This year in my campus the highest CTC offered was 56.5lpa by PALOALTO. Placements process is centralised at coimbatore though. Students are eligible for campus placements from third year or s5. Average package in computing department ranges from 10-12lpa. My plans after degree is to pursue MS: opportunities of which are provided by the college itself. In computing department almost 90% of the students have been placed according to the seniors I talked to. However it is lower in other streams.

Average student experience at amrita

Placement Experience:

As of what i spoke to the seniors they said that AI students got better placements compared to Core students and the average package is around 9LPA for CSE branches students and 7LPA overall for all the branches and there is CIR foundation classes where they teach us how to improve our communication skills and How to create a resume right from first year itself according to seniors it is very helpfull

An aspiring first year student’s review

Placement Experience:

Civil engineering is a course with least placement in every engineering colleges. Students are placed during their fourth year in college. Sobha Constructions Ltd is one of the main companies that visits college. 200000rupees package is the average package offered. Les than 25 percent civil engineers get placed. I plan to prepare for GATE exam and pursue more in this course.

The college has a very attractive campus and it is very new so the facilities are also relatively new. no placements but good to explore your interests

The only reason I choosed this college is because of it placements but now they are worst for my batch almost 70 percent people are unplaced. and i choosed this college because i wanted cse and either i could get lower branches in top colleges or top branchs in low colleges. so i preffered choosing cse. i applied for NIT Suratkal, NIT Warangal mechanical BUt i felt CSE Would be much better so i end up landing here. the other reason why i preferad my college is because of its beautiful campus. yes i got rejected from nit surathkal cse because my jee rank was low...Read More
