Course Curriculum Overview

The faculties are very talented and well knowledgeable. They also know many languages. So that we can improve our speaking skills from bilingual to multilingual. They conduct semester exams only like other colleges. The faculties never let us get mug up so that we can pass the examinations very easily.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 6075 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Comparing other colleges, all the fees of the CUTN is very comfortable. Also scholarship is available for all departments. They conduct campus interview in every year. Many students working in a better job through their campus interview. They should make a wonderful platform for all students to start their career.

Campus Life

Our CUTN should respect all types of festival like Diwali, Onam, Pongal, etc... We don't know the difficulty of subjects because we have the vast library and there is available all types of books. Our CUTN make many sports personalities by sports event.

Admission

I attended entrance exam. I got perfect score and they invite me to join their University which means that there was no recommendation. Application fees also satisfied everyone. I want one improvement in the admission process by cut off marks.

I interested in science and my senior who was a botany graduate in my college said that the lab is superb that's why I chose microbiology.but the lab doesn't have enough requirements which greatly become a barrier for us to get practical knowledge

Actually the college provides placement for the students and especially to the lower background students at the max. The college collaoborate with the govt. dept. to create placement drives in the college. The salary is not that much attractive still its okay only.

The placement will be happening for the 3rd year students who have registered already by paying 6000 rs. The topics companies like Accenture, TCS, wipro,etc come for placements. The highest package is around 3.5 lakhs per annum . I am opting for higher studies.

Remarks:

The infrastructure of the college campus is very good and peaceful as well. My college has a vast library which works from 8.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m on all working days and study holidays. Here if a student wants to borrow any other books other than his/her course, they need to seek prior permission of the Principal to get them books.

A Hidden Story of Central University of Tamilnadu

I applied for the other colleges like Banaras Hindu University and Allahabad University and many other colleges and that colleges are quite old and they have some reputation and name of their academic background and their curriculum. I didn't get admission their because of my low marks as i am from general category and for general category the cutoff is very high and so that i had given the CUET exam that is common University Entrance Exam and that therough i got my college Central University of Tamilnadu. I didn't get any rejection from any other college i choosen this college. During my admission, the exam was CUCET. I had a score of 212. I got admission in the first allotment itself. I guess the cut-off was around 150 for general category students that year.
