Likes

Faculty was good. Supportive , senior junior relationship is good.
Campus is very beautiful. A perfect environment to chill out and study
Infrastructure is good as well .. but among all courses ECE , CSE , IT are best

Dislikes

Canteen has less options of food. Few ac can be installed
Distance is a bit far and roads are not that well maintained.
Few faculty members don't actually care for your betterment

Course Curriculum Overview

I am interested in programming and want to be skilled for industrial work in Information Technology sector. Each year have two semesters and the exam is pretty hard . But it gives competition to strive for betterment

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is actually nominal. But one thing which is to be concerned is. Sone if the counsellors try to take the total fees of four years at a single time. Thoughvyou can opt for scholarships.

Campus Life

Yeah. There are many clubs in college. Including cultural clubs , coding clubs . As well as we have Google Developer Student Clubs as well .. and coming to classroom amenities, it's all very good. Good lab environment. Plus fests are there.

Admission

I was eligible after giving joint entrance exam.. i got the admission. The process was well and good. The faculty members in college are supportive. You can find application form in the official website of our college.

Unbiased Review of JGEC

Placement Experience:

At JGEC,campus placements begin mostly from the 6th/final year semester,when students become eligible .I recent years many well-known companies have visited such as Pinnacle Infotech,Synnova Gears & Transmissions Pvt.Ltd,,TCS,Jyesta corporate Entity and many more.The highest package was around 54 LPA form Google ,While the overall average is 10.2LPA.Many students also take internships, industrial training or prepare for higher studies(GATE) rather than accepting direct placement immediately.The exact percentage of student getting palcement is no where.But last year the percentage placed is 70%.

Overall the placement percentage of the college is good for both the core and non-core courses almost near 90%. All the students in there 3rd year i.e. in their 5th or 6th semester are elegible for campus placements.
