Course Curriculum Overview

I want to become a coder in it sector. The faculties are very helpful and friendly...then all are higher educated. we have to give 4 ca4 papers and 2 pac papers before the semester paper. the security system is very secured ..the total room is surveillance by CCTV

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience

We will be eligible for the campus from the 6th sem. The companies are WIPRO, TCS, COGNIZANT, MICROSOFT, NAGARO, INTEL ETC. the highest package offered 20 lPA. 95% students get placed. I think about taking a job

Fees and Financial Aid

I think the fees are affordable. they also provide extra scholarships. the scholarships like Swami Vivekananda & Aikashree. currently, I am in 3rd yr. the previous seniors all are well placed with good lpa

Campus Life

An annual fest like one is a cultural fest and a tech fest. all books for studies are provided in Library free of cost. classroom are air-condition But some of them are normal. college conduct many intercollege tournaments.

Admission

I was admitted by wbjee. Higher secondary minimum of 70 percentage and I applied to techno India Salt Lake from their they suggest me Bengal institute of technology. then I choose it department. I think the admission process is good

Placement Experience:

At JGEC,campus placements begin mostly from the 6th/final year semester,when students become eligible .I recent years many well-known companies have visited such as Pinnacle Infotech,Synnova Gears & Transmissions Pvt.Ltd,,TCS,Jyesta corporate Entity and many more.The highest package was around 54 LPA form Google ,While the overall average is 10.2LPA.Many students also take internships, industrial training or prepare for higher studies(GATE) rather than accepting direct placement immediately.The exact percentage of student getting palcement is no where.But last year the percentage placed is 70%.

Overall the placement percentage of the college is good for both the core and non-core courses almost near 90%. All the students in there 3rd year i.e. in their 5th or 6th semester are elegible for campus placements.
