Course Curriculum Overview

4

Ah, most teachers are good. very well-qualified professors. they are knowledgeable however most of them don't know gown to teach. undoubtedly I had some of the best professors but there's another side to it too. exam difficulty is okayish. start studying before a month or two and you're good to go. I love cs hence I chose this course. faculty student ratio would be 1:15.

Internships Opportunities

3

Injustice Foundation, Tutedude, Girl Up, Project Unmukt, GoDutch, Times of India, Kylo Apps, Soaks Foundation, etc. Projects are based on Web Development, Android Development, Machine Learning, AO, etc depending on the company and job role.

Placement Experience

3

5th semester, de Shaw, Yamaha, Deloitte, post, Chegg, godrej, etc. de Shaw, 22 lpa reach associate. avg lpa - 19. 70% got placed I guess I'm not really sure. I'll be pursuing a master's further in computer science.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't know anything about this. I've no idea. course is expensive that's all I'd say. a job that I got was of 3.5 lpa in Bangalore. Fees are more since it's a semi-government college. but the college is great. nice library, canteen, lawn, etc.

Campus Life

4

The annual Fest is Shruti. No tech fest Due to covid. books have always been available since the library is huge and filled with books. we request books and they provide them within some days. amenities in the classroom are less but can be made better. chairs are less, students are more. lav is a little old cabin to be renovated. sports is well given attention too. we have basketball, a swimming pool, badminton, table tennis, cricket, rock climbing, etc.

Admission

The admission process was easy. All that I did was submit my 12th mark sheet in the DU Portal if I am eligible for the cut-off. However, times have changed. Due to CUET, the process has entirely changed. There's no benefit availed by reservation. However, waivers and book bank facilities are given to EWS, single mother children, Martyr's children, etc. All the details can be easily found in the DU portal.

I will rate 10 out of 7 to this course curriculum because in this course the experiment and lab works is too low as compare to another courses like biomedical science, bsc zoology and many more. But it's ok I'm happy with this course.

Students become eligible for placements on the 3rd year, we have decent placement opportunities but not the best, highest package is around 15 lakhs. Companies that visit are Bain and Co., Urban Clap etc. average package is around 5 lakhs. My plans after getting the degree are getting into a master's programme and pursuing research.

the college has an active placement cell however we as science kids do not rely on it much as it is majorly commerce dominated. There isnt much placement or internship recognition for science kids but it is acitvely improving with more professionals gracing our college campus with new opporunities every now and then.
