- Our faculties are so good and very actively participated with us and they solved our each doubt and we can directly contact our prof and they replied also
- Social interactions is quite high as students from every corner from india comes to DU so we learnt a lot from them
- Infrastructure is also good and prices of canteen is also very affordable.
Dislikes
- The admin section is not good they work very slow about our verifications or approving applications
- They cancelled our classes sometimes before 5-10minutes we travelled around 2-2.5 hours so this is sometimes not good
Course Curriculum Overview
My course is bsc life science and its not that good for future perspective but it includes both zoology and botany so I choose it. Beside this we have some skill development courses which is quite good it teaches subject like basics skills of IT and python. Exams are not that difficult they are easy to moderate level and timings are also good
Internships Opportunities
There is a summer internship in my college name srivipra but this internship is unpaid and you can do this in any course of your choice like biochemistry zoology botany. And beside this you have to search for paid internship by your own. Our faculties guide us and tell about opportunities for us
Fees and Financial Aid
As I'm a second year student so I paid 24000 in first year and everything is included in this beside this I only need to pay examination fees which is 1800 and first year is that's all and in second year I pay 25000 and beside this 1900 examination fees everything is included in this and the fee is less for SC/ST.
Campus Life
The annual fest of my college is Nexus which is the most biggest fest of DU and it held in feb or march. There are almost every book is available in my library which we needed in our course. Classrooms are very spacious and had a projecter in every class In sports events and matches happend regularly There are almost 20 socities in our college and every society has it's own impact
Admission
I wanted sri Venkateshwara College only and I get it with the course I wanted I choose this college because it has very good renowned faculties and it has very good crowd and had very nice social interactions. No I didn't get rejection form any college I wanted this only. Admission is done on the basis of marks of Cuet ug exam cutoff for my course in my college is around 520/600
Faculty
According to students faculties are in good ratio for every subject we have atleast 3 teachers in one semester and our relationship with them is quite good we can directly approach them and they respond very frequently. I liked my Chemistry facility which is YVR Sir and he supports students at its best and also co-operate us for doing internships there is no such faculty which I don't like but there are some who doesn't react good we have 2 final exams in a year and internals twice and they are not that difficult everyone can pass easily
Night Life
I travel from my home and I came back around 5pm because my college closes at 5:30 pm so I don't know much about the college night life. But yes I visited hostel area in day time and it is clean and quite good
