What Students Say
Likes
- Societies and different clubs are the best part of Zakir Hussain as they provide interaction with other students
- Library is also my favorite part of college because it is air-conditioned and well-maintained plus Wi-Fi facilities and there are lot of books that used to help me in study
- College canteen must be the best part I can say because there is a mother dairy parlor where I can sit with my friends and chill after classes
Dislikes
- College infrastructure I can say big cause it is not well-maintained, and the buildings are so old. Sometime it doesn’t feel like it’s a College Life that I have imagined
- Zakir Hussain college doesn’t have a ground for volleyball and basketball court so we don’t have space to play. This will be the saddest part of a college life
- Little is discrimination is there by the political parties as we know that Delhi university is quite famous for his politics so I have noticed a little discrimination between different religions
Course Curriculum Overview
I found my course economics plus English is a very good combination for my future. I had so much interest in economics since my class 10th. The faculty ratio is equal to 40:60. The faculty of my college is well mannered and educated they have very good teaching methods on the skills they know exactly how to deal with students. Annually are examples of time, and they are not so much hard to pass.
Fees and Financial Aid
At Delhi University, If we talk about fee structure for the student we will find how rational, reasonable, and nominal fees for students. It is why people from every class can be graduated from the University easily. The overall demand is knowledge in the university, not fees. Yes, financial assistance is provided to lower-class students from other states for example, students of Jammu and Kashmir monthly get financial assistance from the government.
Campus Life
There are so many fests that took place every year in a college like all there are so many societies that plan first and make them successful by managing so many activities like selling products and food items in a respectful manner. in the library also, we can find books by every author and subject which can help students to study for exams and prepare well. There are newspapers in different languages also available in the library. The classrooms are quite old, but OK from the motive study the college is bitted backward in sports activities because of the ground size is so small but they're good themes of Kabaddi and cricket and other activities that take part in college competitions way different colleges Take part in that our college secured so many medals and there are so many social groups as I can say, societies like the dhansak and Aranya other societies which are run by students by taking part in different fields.
Admission
Eligibility for the course should be 12th passed with good marks, and CUED entrance exam of Delhi University should also pass with good marks. Application forms, application, fees, and application dates. All you can find on the official website of Delhi University. At the time of admission or applying for university, you get the option of reservation like SC/ST/OBC and etc. These reservations provide an opportunity to all the students of low cost to get graduation done by Delhi University. Overall, the process of admission of Delhi university is easy, but there should be mentors available for the freshers as they panic in the starting.
