Just JEE Mains.For admission in this college the student must have the JEE Mains score card There are four branches. 1.Mechanical Engineering 2. Electrical Engineering 3. Computer Science & Engineering & 4. Electronics & Communication engineering A point must be note that this college in NON Co_ed

Its four year degree college of engineering. Practical Learning is just okay. The institute organizes Tech-Fest as wall as National conference on any innovative topics

The college doesn't provides internship but they support the student in the field/process of internship

There are two hostels. One is for 1st year students & the 2nd is for remaining every (2nd, 3rd & 4th) year students.Hostel fee is 23000?year( including Bus charge & 5000 security money). & 2350/months for food

Exam Structure

The final semester exam conducts at same college (Home center). There in no fixed date/time for internal/mid-semester exams.The practical exams conducts on the months of November/April The final exam conducts on the months of December/May normally.

Faculty

Except few faculties all are good & interactive .Few of them are from IITs & NITs .They are well experiences and supportive too. They normally use English & Hindi.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate of the University is 80%. For btech 85% students get placed every year. The highest package offered is 40Lakh CTC. From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies visited in our university. Some of top recruiters are TCS, Accenture, Infosys, Federal Bank, Tech Mahindra, Bajaj, Adobe, Wipro, HCL and many more.

Placement Experience:

Placements are generally good for circuital branches but as for lower branches either you have to go in core which is difficult(off campus it is easy , since you have a IIT tag) but non core placements are decents . From 7th semster one become capable for sitting in interviews. Highest package is around 2Cr as for average it ranges between 22-30 lpa Almost 100% students are placed except for those who with thier own startup or try for offcampus placements. My plans are for getting a MBA degree from IIM Ahmedabad or Banglore.

Placement Experience:

Placements at our college were very good because all students got placed at top companies. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA. Internship opportunities were also provided. Our college was very good in terms of placements compared to other colleges.

Management is not good at all at the hill university Staff and the faculty members are not experienced. The alumni are there on the jobs of faculty The student who do the Mtech from graphic era gets the job here only as a assistant faculty. And there is no work experience .

Life at Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya (GKV, Haridwar)

I choose this college because it is old esteemed deemed to be university. It is one of the oldest university in India with much good prestige in lists of college. It is internationally recognized good institution as stated by the government of India. It is NAAC accredated and also UGC funded university. It is purely boys college, no girls are allowed admission in this college. This institution is managed by the Arya Samaj with collaboration with the state government. It comes under GFTI. I got rejection from Delhi Technological University (DTU), Delhi. My JEE Mains rank was not as much as it was required to take admission into Delhi Technological University. I was not able to score better in my JEE Mains examination, so my JEE Mains rank was not sufficient to get a seat in this college.
