Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I was interested in the field of HR both analytics and the IR. We get a full-term schedule in advance and it is strictly followed. There is a very strict attendance policy. Exams are easy to pass if you focus in the class and if you want to score very high you'll have to read the book properly. Also, the scoring is distributed across various components like class participation and assignments.
Internships Opportunities
All major companies come to our campus for recruitment for the finals as well for summer internship. All the major roles are offered for us ranging from marketing to analytics to human resources and others.
Placement Experience
The placements take place in the 5th and 6th semesters. All of the students get placed comfortably. I plan to join a decent organization that has offices in my hometown. The highest for our seniors was in their 40s and the average is approx. 21lpa. You can easily get the figures from the college's website it is true.
Fees and Financial Aid
Being a premier institution, the fee is quite high but the infrastructure provided is also top-notch. Students can have a very convenient tenure here on campus. Also, we have 100% placements so people are ready to pay the amount as fees.
Campus Life
There is always something or the other going on the campus. The environment is very lively. There are various clubs and committees for us to be a part of. All the sports infrastructure facilities are available. We also have a modern gym and swimming pool.
Hostel Facilities
We have air conditioned single rooms where some are double sharing as the new hostel is being constructed. The meal quality is very good and we are offered a variety of cuisines also we can have eggs and juices on demand.
Admission
I gave the CAT examination and was selected for the CAP process automatically as my score was above the cutoff for the general category which was 93 for the year 2021. Everything was being communicated using mail.
Interview Experience
We were assigned a mentor who was a senior to us for preparing for the process and we have a personal interview questions ranged from current affairs, geography, economics and mathematics. The criteria for admission is clearly given in the college website.
