Course Curriculum Overview

Very good, All staff were friendly guided us, we are happy we learned many things practically instead of theory lot of seminars to help reduce stage fear, finally increase confidence internals on time.

Class Size: 18Course Fees: INR 125000 per year

Placement Experience

We didn't get any interviews, only Infosys came to college when we are doing MTech. 6th sem students will be eligible for engineering all branches and for MTech 3 Rd sem students are eligible for placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

A fee as per government standards. Scholarship is available very happy they reduced fees for me, and they helped me to get the scholarship on time, every year o got a scholarship to be proud to be a student of Sapthagiri College.

Campus Life

Annual events I didn't participate in but I came to know with my friends are happy with the college fest they enjoyed it a lot, all events are well organized and planned and conducted all are very happy we can enjoy ourselves with friends.

Admission

Simple admission after pg cet round happened immediately, loved the process, I had an issue with my account on that day but they helped me to pay the fee the next day. Very happy with the management and principal sir.

A mini heaven on earth called NITK

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Mtech Thermal Engineering because I was interested in thermal subjects like Fluid mechanics, Heat transfer, CFD. The Curriculum is pretty decent and it does covers the fundamentals and advanced topics of the particular subject but it could be better in terms of imparting practical and industrial knowledge. The exams that are held in NITK are competitive and requires a good understanding of the subject. You simply cannot cram and get good marks in exam. You have to know the proper implementation of that particular formula or theory.

I believe that our college will be on a good base for providing placements with good companies. They also have new networking cisco lab for building our skills and they also have a Japanese club where they give training for students with Japanese language and recruit them to Japanese companies. Its a very good college with almost all the required facilities.

I chose this college over other colleges because this was a new university which started last year that is in 2024. I felt that i might get many advatages out of it because they r starting everything new.. New methods of teaching... Processes..so i thought it would help me a lot by providing more facilities to improve my skills to get placed. When I compared the management fees of different colleges then compared to all other colleges this college fees is just 2.5 lakh whereas in other colleges it is more than 3.5 lakh and in other colleges they charge extra fees for Donation but here there is no extra fees except education fees...Read More
