Course Curriculum Overview
I am very much interested in the field of computer science since class 10 I wanted to create an application of my own so I choose Amity. the faculty are highly qualified and their way of teaching is also good. The exams are also conducted on time
Internships Opportunities
There are many companies which come for an intern role like TCS, and Capgemini I don't have knowledge about how much they pay to the intern but they usually come for the sde role so according to industry standards
Placement Experience
From the 5 semester students are eligible for internship opportunities and from the end of 6 sem students are eligible to sit in the on-campus placement. The highest package for the last year was given by Amazon which was 32lpa followed by sap 15lpa ibm11 lpa. There are other companies like TCS, Wipro, combination, zs associates etc
Fees and Financial Aid
Every year the student who scores above 80 per cent in board exams is given a scholarship of 10 per cent. The cost of studying BTech is cheaper if compare to other colleges like Vit, Thapar, Manipal etc.
Campus Life
Amiphoria is the annual cultural fest of Auk Kolkata usually conducted in the months of Feb and March. The campus has a very beautiful infrastructure and the classes have AC installed. There is a separate sports complex on campus where every kind of game can be played.
Admission
The application process was easy usually Amity take their own entrance exam but due to covid it was cancelled in my year. I got the admission on the basis of my board marks+jee mains ranking and an interview was scheduled for me after submitting my score card then after the interview I got the message that I was selected.
