Remarks

All is good but managements need to learn about management - managing things and events in college is not up to the mark. Many things can be made systematic but is not made and no effort is made to make that thing correct

Entrance Preview

I dint opted for any entrance examination, as I went for the IT field, but for the graduation this college is great.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course curriculum was great - I opted for Bachelors of commerce in marketing. The topics and modules which was covered in third year was very helpful to me even I dint went to marketing field. 1st and 2nd year was same as Accounting and Finance but third year was the main course curriculum which I liked.

Internships Opportunities

I do not have any knowledge regarding this. I have not got any internship and never heard about it so may be - NO my college does not provide any internship

Placement Experience

0.5

Placements & job opportunities was not held in the college which is drawback - and I have no information if now it has been started or not. But yes if graduated candidate gets placements & job opportunities then it will be great. As of my time there were no placements & job opportunities.

College Events

1.5

Fest and annual celebration was done. I never participated in them as I was also doing my other studies. Yes, but this college fest is not so big to brag attention - recommendation would be to make it big so that people notices and gets motivated to participate.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Very much feasible as per my view. But Marketing fees was high compare to accounting and finance. Fees which was collected from out batch was extra and after the completion it was refunded to us which was very much hectic for our batch. But fees is feasible - may be that year the above thing happen.

Fees and Financial Aid

No as of now I have never heard about any good scholarship / loan facility offered by my college. Rather it should be made compulsory.

Campus Life

3

Campus life is good keeping the infrastructure in mind. Gender ratio is dived in three shift girls - co-ed and boys and I was in boys section. labs and sports activity were held from the college but selection process all depends on union No proper arrangements for robotics and debates

Hostel Facilities

1

there is no hostel facilities and mess food in our college. I have never ever heard about it and this was very disheartening for the student who came outside kolkata. Recommendation to start the hostel facilities and mess food so that students from other cities and near by places can come and study

Alumni/Alumna

No not at all. I has a senior and also he was a member of Union in evening section - not at all helpful and no alumni network. Worst experience

Exam Structure

Exam structure was okay to be frank - as neither there was too many exams to keep us hectic - nor there was leniency in taking the exams Schedule were said to us before hand on the notice period and was given ample to prepare for the same, So overall you can say the Exam structure is okay

Admission

Simple Admisssion process with no hassle - Filled the form with on College website free of cost - you will get a registration number and then you can track the registration number. The list is displayed on the website as it is announced and you can check it daily my name came on 8th list and admission date was written on which I have to go to college. Take the documents and fees and get the admission. Simple with no hassle.

Faculty

4

Faculty of the college are awesome in teaching - I still remember my Accounting teacher and Marketing teacher. They helped us with all the queries and also encouraged us in completing all the assignments. Teachers of all the department are helpful in each and every aspect,

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is of course outdated. Teaching methods are old. No case studies, competitions or project of any sort is there in the curriculum. Although a project of 100 marks is there in the final sem, but I don't think that's enough. There is no practicality in the curriculum and usability in career. The syllabus really needs an uplifment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is average , I chose this course because I wanted to do an honours degree and I'm from commerce background so my first pick was B.Com . They really put efforts to prepare students for well future , as I said earlier some teachers are genuinely very good helpful supporting and good at what they do . Something they need to approve is the 70% attendance criteria, I think they need to understand not every student is just persuing graduation they are doing some other courses or jobs etc so they can't maintain 70% attendance . The frequency of timing is average

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum is Comprehensive, focused equally on Academics and Practical Exposure.. I chose because of that extra year of research I can choose to do in my final year (4th year) of graduation and I'll have an Hons. Degree at the end of 4th year of my college... Practical insights makes sure we are being trained to tackle practical world and academic knowledge ensures we are eligible to apply for further Education.. I will say more focus on Practical Exposure and a little extra focus on Sports May Take This Curriculum to a different level..
