Course Curriculum Overview
I am doing Office Management and Secretarial Practice, I found the course really interesting and worth pursuing. The professor here are well-versed in the fundamentals and have a keen interest in teaching and research.
Internships Opportunities
There are many internship opportunities that are being provided by the placement cell of CVS i.e. ASPIRE. The internships vary and range depending on the Job Description. The stipend given is quite good.
Placement Experience
Our college has a placement cell called ASPIRE, CVS. The placement cell is good and looks after all the internships and job opportunities. Several companies come to our college and the placement is good compared to other colleges inside the DU circuit.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly course fees in around Rs.12800. The tuition fees are very nominal, but the college lacks a Hostel facility due to which other expenses such as food, accommodation, misleneous expenses range from 10000-15000 depending upon the individual.
Campus Life
Life on campus is pretty good. There are many societies such as Drama Society, Photography club, Quizzing society, Debating society and last but not least Quizzing society. There are other societies too, and students can join according to their interests.
Admission
Students interested in this course should pass class 12 and appear for the C.U.E.T entrance exam which is conducted every year by N.T.A. Generally, the entrance takes place after the board exams in the month of May.
