Course Curriculum Overview
I choose HRM because this course gives better knowledge regarding the post of HR in an organization and it gives us the real-time experience of the post HR this is a career-oriented course that helps students to get into good job placements immediately after graduation. There is a good amount of student and faculty ratio. The faculty is well qualified and every teacher had a good amount of knowledge regarding their topic also their teaching techniques are good and they are student-friendly. There is no high difficulty but a student can pass only when he has good knowledge about the subject so the exams are good and also they are as an average student can pass and exams are for 6 months.
Placement Experience
Various companies are coming to college and offering various domains to the students. Many students got placed into many companies big 4's came into college and also some students got placed into those companies the highest package is 25 lakhs per annum minimum package is around. I plan to get placed in a good company with a good package.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are economical but the information about scholarships is not properly spread to the students so that students could apply so if the information is properly circulated in the student's group it would be more effective. Government do provide some scholarships.
Campus Life
There is Tatva which is the annual fest in the college of vocational studies. The infrastructure is good but it could be a bit better than the present infrastructure. The library is also good but still, it could be better than the present. The sports ground is also there but still, even the ground could be a bit organized. There are many societies in the college to encourage various interests in students some societies are: Quest - Quiz society, Dramanomics - Drama society, Manthan - Fashion society, Econox - Economics Society, Comsoc - Commerce society, Creador - Creative society, Zest - Dancing society and many more, in the college, it is the best part of the college because these provide various experiences to the students to develop their social life.
Admission
You should be the 12th pass. You can find the application form on the CUET Samarth website. You can get a reservation based on the caste you are and if you have a sports certificate you can have more reservation benefits. The process of examination is quite good but students should have some better knowledge about the whole process of examination, etc.
