Likes

The campus life is good. One usually tends to get engrossed in studies in courses such as MBBS but the fests and the clubs make it fun. All the societies host their events during the fest and people from all colleges over Delhi participate in them...

Dislikes

The course in itself is academically pretty heavy and can get very overwhelming at times. This can be improved by more interactive clinical postings. Early on clinical exposure would definitely make the course more fun, personalised nd understandable

Course Curriculum Overview

Chose this course because medicine fascinates me. Faculty are all doctors who have graduates from reputed colleges and have a great experience of teaching. Term exams are held regularly. The final exams are board based and called the professional exams.

Class Size: 240Course Fees: INR 1300 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Since it is government college located in Delhi, the fee is very minimal i.e. just Rupees 1300 annually. There has not been any fee hike as such in this particular college. There are scholarships offered to students belonging to lower income groups.

Campus Life

The annual fest is called Splash, conducted in the months of November-March. The intracollege fest is called Cobweb and conducted over the months of September-October. The lecture halls are all newly made. There are various functional clubs in the college such as literary, art, drama, dance and music.

Admission

To get admission into this course, one has to appear for NEET-UG exam. All the information regarding it is available on the MCC website. One applies for the exam, receives the admit card for the same and has to appear for the examination and clear it. The college which one gets admission into depends on the score and rank obtained.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very well structured and includes detailed study of all the aspects of medicine which is very relevant in today's world. Since mbbs curriculum is more about practical and less about theory we get a really good patient exposure which makes us ready to deal with patient problems in real life. The course curriculum can be made a little less hectic as in fourth year there are 11 subjects to cover so they can be distributed equally in all the other years and teaching methods can be made more interactive instead of professors just reading the slides monotonously

Experience of our college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum are good but need some improvement.there is 3 subject in 1st year and 3 subject in 2nd year and only 2 subject in 3rd year and 11 subject in last 4th year so last year very tough.we need some more subject in 3rd year even 1st and 2nd year so we got some less headache in final year.

A good quality and thorough training

Students usually go for specialty courses and dont immediately start doing job , or they do residency which is around 6-7 years also depends course to course , in residency a person earns around 80000-90000 per month

A nice yet small college in delhi

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is decided by the NMC therefore it is same for all of the doctors. Our college has a good clinical exposure and thus we learn a lot. The course prepares you well, but you always have to learn by yourself. In the area of clinical expertise the treatment of common disease must be taught separately. We have exams Nearly every 3 months, which can be tough to manage, considering that you have to score an average of more than 50% in them . Difficulty level is intermediate

Course Curriculum Overview:

1. Bcoz in mbbs in addition to money there is also a lot of respect, plus it is easy to explain what are u doing ? 2. There are a total of 100 students in our batch and there are at least 2-3 assistant professors, 1 head of department, and at least 4-5 postgraduate and senior residents 3. Assistant professor and Head of the department has already completed there pg's and has experience of 5-10 year of teaching, Senior resident had also completed their pg but the difference between sr's, AP, and HoD is that sr's have lack of experience 4. There is an exam after completion of a particular unit and this is easy then comes the term exam which occurs after 2-3 months it comes under the category of moderate then there is pre-proof before the proof this is quite hard even for some say it's harder than proof, then finally comes off the last exam of that particular year after proof another year start bcoz results of proof usually take 2,3,4 weeks at least

Being a doctor is the noblest profession, I was influenced by a book and made up my mind in class 10.

This college was by far the best amongst the other colleges. Eduaction wise it is very top tier with less fees. The fee system is very affordable. NEET exam should be given by the students and usually the cut offs are 680+ for general students. For admission we are told to visit the college with our documents .
