UCMS : known for its people and the culture

The curriculum is standardised and is same in all medical Colleges , one has to self study because not everything can be taught in class Teaching methods are good and course is completed in time Frequency and timing of exams are apt and not hectic except first few months, they are quite easy to pass

Mandatory internship in every medical college of 1 year where stipend of 26k is provided which is higher than other colleges Internship is in the college attached hospital itself and once it's completed, one has to appear for neet pg exam for further placements

There is no such regularly tution fees hikes , it has been increased recently but I don't think it's going to increase further for few years Total cost per year would be around 30k academic and 30k hostel and mess so 60k No such scholarships and financial assistance from college provided After internship, one has to give neet pg exam for placements

The cultural and society work of ucms is best among all medical colleges Sports dance art singing music everything is given priorities There is a field, basketball court , badminton area , volleyball court too Different clubs including seniors and juniors are formed and they perform in various fests in delhi and outside Ucms has its own fest ripple and sports fest avalanche also

Single rooms are provided from first year itself and rooms are not AC , rest all facilities can be installed in the room as there is no electricity charge Mess food is average and suitable for the price Registration process for hostels are informed accordingly and timely There is low chance of getting hostel if u r from delhi , but outside almost everyone gets a hostel

U have to appear for neet UG exam and score quite well because ucms is one of the top medical college of india It's cutt off is high for aiq around 700 and for dq around 670 , this is for general , other categories may vary Application form , fees and dates are all provided on official website of ucms college, ucms.ac.in after the counselling process of neet UG exam Admission process is not hard as such

Faculty to student ratio is really good , there are enough faculties in every subject including professors , assistant professors , HOD , sr and pgs Faculty is always available and there is no time where the college is searching for a faculty They are top notch in their field and have themselves been gold medalists in their time They are quite approachable if needed but senior faculties are strict
