Course Curriculum Overview

i choose to couse because life science gives you an opportunity to understand broad spectrum of subjects rather than focusing on a particular subject,also i was not clear back then about which subject I liked the most so i wanted to experience divesity of subject.Faculty here is quite good and focuses on providing as much opportunities as much as they can to students.

Internship oppurtunities are quite good as conveyed by seniors its upon you whether you grab those on time or not.The departments head keep forwarding new opportunities with students and the p cell keep on bringing various stuff to experience.

placements are quite good .The maitreyi college invites more than 50 company every year for recruiting every year more than 150 students.The college has placement record of aroung 72.72% as mentioned in the placement report of 2022-23

fee structure is quite affordable and some financial aids are also provided in special cases by the university to delhi.Some paid internships are also provided in the college you just need to be aware.

Campus Life

campus life is quite good might get hectic for science students sometimes .Time management is huge task during college life.We have very very good annual fest named Rhapsody You can join various societies like dance and singing societies NSS Enactus,P-cell,Art societyNCC and many more

eligibility of course i.e. bsc life sciences is that you must me feom pcb background.You can apply through cuet which held in july-august in 2022.benifit is provided to obc ncl,sc, st,pwd categories.Aspirants should have have passed 10 + 12 standars with a minimum aggregate of 50%.

I have applied to aryabhatta College before Maitreyi College for Women. So comparison to this college Maitreyi colleges stands out on various aspects:- Before 2024 the admission process is entirely dependent on merit list and the cutoffs. But from 2024 the admission process changed and now Cuet Exam is mandatory. A valid score of cuet and 12 th class is required.
