Course Curriculum Overview

I choose computer science and engineering because in nsec placement am very good at computer science and engineering. approx 90 percent of students get placed in a good package, approx 5 lahks and it is quite good.

Tcs, Infosys, and IBM are companies that come to college to give maximum jobs. Many students also get internships from them. Many projects are also made by students. If you have talent then surely you get a good internship. so go for it.

Placement Experience

After six semesters you get eligible for campus placement. and many companies like TCS, Infosys came here. The highest placement package is 1.5 cr off-campus and 32 lakh on-campus. 90 percent of students get placed in college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees in nsec is quite good.48000 in four years is not to baad for btech. And for pg, in 6k you got good pg. There is also a canteen in the college. There is also a large cricket good field college but at some distance from the college, approx 300 metres. And many scholarships you get if you are from wb.

Campus Life

There are many annual fests in college. All branches of the college organized their own fest in college. The classroom is advanced, you get a projector and ac in all classrooms, and wifi is available on all campuses. there are many social groups like the Rotaract club and many more.

Admission

You have to apply form for wbjee. And you have to at least 10 k ranks in that to get cse. The application fee for this form is 700. And if you are from West Bengal then you will get reservation benefits. and I think everything is good.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards , students become eligible for internships and stepping in 4th yr , students get eligible for campus placement. Techno provides decent campus placements according to your marks. Good marks also with skills get you better salary. Minimum 7.5 cgpa is mandatory to have you sit for campus placements. The lowest package is 3.4 LPA and highest vary but students also get 14LPA easily. Wipro, tcs ,cap ,gemini, amazon , ibm etc.

Things you should know before taking admission in NSEC

Others college which i got confirmed is RIT /quantum and haridwar university but i didn't go there because it was very far from my hometown and placement wasn't that much good as compared to my current college. I have given the west bengal joint entrance exam(wbjee) and through it the nsec college was allotted to me through counselling process. When the result declared, you have to apply for counselling and put your choice of colleges with rank. Every round you will be allotted college according to your result rank. I had a senior in my locality, 2019 passout, following whom I joined NSEC. I still admire and thank him for guiding me while joining NSEC. While admission I didint face any kind of interview. I had got a rank in WBJEE, and during the first counselling round, I selected NSEC, got NSEC, and finalized it by paying the first semester fees. I wasnt rejected by any college, as I went ahead with my first option. The counselling round at college isnt anything special, just a question whether or not we would be able to bear the college fees, as all comes down to money.
