Course Curriculum Overview

4

I opted for this course because the French language is somehow easier as compared to the other languages and is also a nice language. The faculty is highly qualified and kind. The student ratio is 4:5, girl: boy. Teaching methods are awesome and we didn't seem like we are learning a foreign language they make it easier in every sense. Exams were on time and it was easy for passing.

Internships Opportunities

4

Many big companies often come to the University like Amazon, Flipkart, swiggy, instamart, etc. They hire students according to their capabilities and requirements. University provides a chance for every student to get maximum profit.

Placement Experience

4

In the final year of BA, placements get started. Last year Amazon visited and 25 to 35 offers for French graduates were made The highest package was 11 lac per annum and on average 6_8 lac per annum for French graduates. 50% were placed. I am planning to do a master's and then get a good job.

Fees and Financial Aid

As you know Jawahar Lal Nehru University is the University where the poorest guy can live and get a much better study than any other university. Academic and hostel fees are negligible and everyone can afford them. Also MMC is available here for poor students in which 2000 rupees monthly are given. Students can also do jobs in their free time like tuition.

Campus Life

5

As I am new here I don't know much about the fest. Every type of book is available here in the library and the library is very big at JNU. NSS and NCC courses are present here Basketball court badminton court cricket ground track and gym in every hostel is there. Abvp Aisa jnusu are the groups run by students.

Hostel Facilities

4

The room is provided with two beds a table and a chair. The furniture is ok and the balcony is also there. Good quality food is available. In Breakfast, eggs, parathas, dahi, bread, etc. Lunch rice daal chapatti vegetable salad and dahi. Dinner is a sweet rice daal chapatti vegetable and non veg also. The hostel will be allotted on the criteria given. A separate list comes based on marks. Delhi students and those with more gap years find difficulty in getting hostel. Yes, Munirka or pal dairy is just near the jnu.

Admission

The jnu entrance is given through a cuet exam which is for all central universities. Application fees were around 600rupees. For ug courses, you have to take 2 tests only for JNU which are -English and general tests a total of 500 marks. And the cutoff was around 450 marks, I was in the EWS category and the benefit is that it has reserved seats for EWS candidates.

Other Applied Colleges

Banaras Hindu University - [BHU] | Bachelor of Arts [BA] {Hons.}

Because I got jnu and I prefer jnu over bhu

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is a bit too theoretical and less practical. The exams in the college takes places every month which are seasonals and are for internal marking and then we have semester exams in every 6 months which accounts for the external marking.

I will rate the course at Delhi Univeristy 8 out of 10. As a student, I'm receiving offline study materials via the post, however, you have to pay around 500 rupees for the books and notes when filling the fees every year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course curriculum includes learning across 2 feilds like i have economics and maths and later we can continue 4th year to get hons degree . So its really gives time for a person to test himself or herself about which field to go on for as specialization. The difficulty level for this course is easy to moderate.
