Course eligibility is a bachelor's Degree. Application form found on XLRI website, other details highly volatile. May keep changing. No reservation benefits that I'm aware of. More or less a fair process, not much improvement is needed.

I chose the HRM course because it was more suited to my people-oriented personality. A class normally consists of 60 people, and the faculty-to-student ratio is fairly moderate. Highly qualified faculty with most of them holding doctorates from major B-schools. Visiting faculty is also quite well versed with their subject line. Examinations were mostly easy to pass except for a few but required a good level of preparation to score well.

Some companies that come for placements also offer internships and roll out pre-placement offers for some candidates basis the same. Various projects ranging from revamp of compensation structure to designing a marketing campaign are available.

Placements begin in the 5th trimester. Major companies can be checked on LinkedIn. All details related to placements are confidential, and limited info is available on LinkedIn. 100% placement is offered. Plan to continue with campus placement.

One of the highest fees for PGDM courses in the country. Scholarships, mostly for people falling under the EWS category are readily available. The cost of living is fairly low, making overhead expenditure a luxury.

Ensemble Valhalla is celebrated in November, Limited availability of books - Both fiction and non-fiction in the library. ACS, projectors, and microphones are there in classrooms. Football, cricket, tennis, basketball, badminton, etc. are played. MAXI, Dracula, Sapphire, Fire@x, etc. are social media handle.

Single accommodation - bed, table chair, bookshelf, almirah, and mirror. Meal quality is moderate, the menu is fairly varied. No option to avoid hostel accommodation. Charges need to be paid even if the facility is not availed.

Interview questions revolved around behavioral aspects, as well as job-related situational questions. Written exam>Interview shortlist>Selection. The process is fairly simple. Preparation is carried out with help of the coaching institute's guidance.
