I am from Bihar so there are no reservations outside west Bengal. I am pursuing BTech in food technology and the fee is 475000. I have taken my admission on lockdown but now you can choose your college wisely.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have an interest in quality control that's why I have chosen this subject. The faculty is quite good and strength-wise all have done masters and they take our continuous evolution in time. And they are very helpful too.
Internships Opportunities
Coco cola, nestle, itc, Hindustan, Pepsi, quality control. We have to make some projects under the teachers. Many companies are coming even if you are interested in it sector Wipro, Capgemini, and TCS is also hiring.
Placement Experience
From the 6th semester, we are eligible for internships and from the 7th we are ready for placements. And in food technology there are a lot of companies will come from various fields. And the percentage of students is 80%. And the highest package in food technology last year was 8.5lpa. I am going to take my job.
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't have much knowledge about this but in terms of good engineering colleges techno main salt lake comes under 3rd position on the web and they are charging okish amount not so much because they are giving us internships and placements too. And if you are from wb then many scholarships are there provided by the government.
Campus Life
If you are in techno then you have no time to party outside. we do a lot of parties and fest we have so many clubs you can participate in them and last time ankurans called Milind GABA and many big artists.
