Remarks

The collage is very good. Infrastructure is very good. accomodation is very good. Environment is very good. Food provided by hostel is good.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course designed by the collage is very good. There is semester system in exam. exam held is mid semester and end semester exam. The study is very good. There is so many labs for research work and practical work. the teachers are good.

Internships Opportunities

The collage provided a internship to the students in companies like maruti, tata, SML ISUZU, whirlpool etc. the stipend provided is 5000 - 8000 per month. very good experience in internship. there is a industry experience during internship. Students did a project work in companies.

The placement is very good in this collage. Total 150 companies are visited in this collage for placement. Maruti, tata, relience, whirlpool, SML ISUZU, TCS, Infoyses and many more companies are visited in this collage for placement. They offers average package is 6 lakhs.

The collage holds technical and cultural festivals. Lohri , Diwali and many more cultural festivals are held in a collage. The technical festival held by collage is Aranya and Saturnalia. All these festivals are very big. the students participated in these festivals.

The fee structure of this collage is good according to study environment they provided. The semester fees of collage is approx. 120000. Because faculty members of this collage is so good and very knowledgeable and they are very hard working.

The students come for studies in this collage is come from different region of India. There are many workshops in collage for students.

The hostels are very good. There is a sharing as well as one room for one person. The rooms are big and very clean.

All the seniors and alumni of this collage is very good they are very helpfull for juniors. They are given guideness to juniors if rquired .

Exam Structure

Exam structure is very good in this collage. Exams held in Mid semester and end semester exam. there is semester system in this collage. Classes time is 8am to 5pm with 2 hours brake in between. Labs are held for subjects which required.

Admission

The addmission form filled in this collage in May- june every year. I fill the form in this collage for addmission and i took a addmission through counselling and allotted mechanical engineering by collage according to my score in AIEEE. Then collage check my all document of 10TH AND 12TH and etc.

The faculty members of this college is very good and supportive. All the faculty members are Phd. All the faculty members are very knowledgeable. Faculty members are work experience in industry. The faculty members are study the whole course very well.

Companies start coming summer internships in the 5th and 6th semester though ,CG cuts are imposed so very less students are elgible to sit for these companies, The real placement season is 7th and 8th semester and many companies visit campus for placements. around 60 percent students got placed in the recent placement drive. Course Curriculum Overview:

I’d rate the curriculum like 7/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness — it covers all the major CSE subjects like DSA, OS, DBMS, CN, AI, ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity basics, etc., and honestly that was one of the reasons I chose this course because at least the core subjects are solid even if PTU keeps some old-school stuff in the syllabus. The curriculum does prepare you for real-world stuff, but only to a point — like, if you focus on coding labs and projects you’ll be fine for internships, but if you depend only on classroom theory then it won’t help much because industry wants hands-on skills. For higher studies also it’s okay because theory depth in subjects like OS and DBMS is decent enough. But yeah, improvements are definitely needed — some subjects feel outdated, teachers should use more practical examples, and we need more real projects instead of copy-paste lab manuals; also some faculty teach directly from slides which gets boring fast. Exams come twice per semester (sessionals) plus the final end-sem around December/May; they’re mostly easy if you write long answers, but tricky if you rely only on understanding because PTU likes theory-heavy questions. Overall, the system works, but it could be way more practical and industry-focused.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.
