Remarks

At the time when I took admission, there was no CUET. I got admission on a merit basis i.e. according to my score in class 12. Firstly, I missed 1st cutoff and did not apply for the course I desired for. This year admissions took place by CUET entrance so the administration introduced a portal for the same where application forms can be found. Reservation benefits - For claiming benefits there is a requirement of proper documents but obc benefits can be only claimed if you fall in the category of the creamy layer of obc caste also you have to check whether your caste is mentioned in the central obc caste list if you want to avail the benefit. According to me, the online mode of admission is far better and i don't want any change or improvement in the admission process. The college crowd of evening college is also good The new building of Zakir Hussain college will soon be opened for new students.

Flexible learning system, allowing students to manage their studies alongside other responsibilities.
Opportunity to pursue a degree from delhi university through open and distance learning.

Dislikes

Limited opportunities for regular classroom interaction and face to face engagement with teachers and fellow students.
Students pursuing distance learning may need to rely more on self-study and independent preparation
More regular communication, student support, and interactive academic activities would improve the overall learning experience

Adding more practical activities, updated study materials, and interactive learning opportunities could further improve the overall course experience.

My college was a girl's college. There are maximum 60students in a class. Prints were quite cheap in the college cafe.
There were many fest functions in my college. I also participated in the dance fest in my first year. We also used to go on picnics from college.
India's chief guest at the annual function was M Venkaiah Naidu.

Dislikes

College fees were very high for general category people.
The behavior of many teachers was quite rude and arrogant as if they were teaching us for free.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to do PhD in Political Science but due to percentage I took up BA program. Teachers used to provide notes but mostly I used to be off. There was nothing wrong with the college. Exam timings were good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As a future law student philosophy was one of the options which was good to opt. Secondly, comparatively less people opt it and it can be one of the better choices if you are preparing for upsc and taking it as an optional. Teaching can be made more interactive as the topics are really interesting

The engagements and the quality of the social interactions in this college is also very good and very uplifting.
The quality of the infrastructure is very good compared to other colleges in du, considering its very new.

I chose this course because the thought of learning about the literature of the older times was pretty exciting to me while I was choosing the course. The curriculum however does prepares you if you want to continue ur academic journey in the English field.
