Remarks
Provided the certitude that, I opted for science in my intermediate, the thought process was that, no matter any subject but I would have, mathematics with me alongside. My course is elementally BA programme, provided the subject, which is English and mathematics. With this programme as maths, you can do master's from IIT, through the IIT JAM papers, so you don't have to brood about your course. There is no such modus operandi of finding the application forms, once your intermediate results are out, you only have to wait for the cut-off lists, there are 5-6 lists, so you don't have to worry much, you can surely be here, or in any of the DU colleges, after selecting your desired college, you have to send the college authority your credentials which is basically your Aadhar card photocopy, and mark sheet photocopy, for verification, once you are verified, they will send you an email, which furnishes you will all the info, reserved categories avail leniency, cut-offs are low.
Course Curriculum Overview
I opted for the science stream back in my intermediate, I always had this premonition that no matter what, mathematics had to be with me, as I write poems, so English was like the cream of the crop. In college faculty is like, they are the only one responsible for delivering top-of-the-line knowledge, and for my subjects, we have the best ones for maths and English, professors hold PhDs, they are very much into the students, the ratio is, we have 40:2 . The term exams here in Delhi university, the subpoena is selfsame, as it is practised in IITs, you have your semesters at every 3.5 or 4 months. It's not that much assiduous to pass the term as you have to only score 40 out of 100. But if you have to please your parents and mainly relatives you can go off the rock and bag, as scoring is not that tedious job.
Placement Experience
The highest off-campus salary was 18.7 LPA, and on campus was 10 lpa, and median salary is 4l pa. Every year around 35 to 40of % students are placed. My plans are, I have to give jam paper IIT jam, and I have to pursue a master's in maths, maybe I could get an internship at Harvard or Boston to let's see, hope for the best.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are very much affordable, I mean you only have to pay like 8k or 9k, during the admission process, and after that, you can complete your grad in less than 20k, there is no hike in fee prices, it had been remained the same over the time, only sudden change of few 100 or 200 bucks. Since we are from the lockdown era, we have now reached the college in offline mode, I am least aware of scholarships, but there was a recruitment and placement cell, which worked quite fitly.
Campus Life
As mentioned, I am from the lockdown era, now in our fourth sem we gave our only offline papers, so I don't have many prepositions but annual fests and cultural fests were quite regular, as I saw the respective college pages, Antargani, and Sarangani were the ones conducted last to last year. Our library is quite decent, furnished, you can find there all the books, related to subjects, and novels and autobiographies and many more of them. Our half of the classes are air-conditioned, classes are well sanitized, but few of the classrooms are more than worse, their walls of one side are made of tin, god knows why, but I saw 3-4 of them. In general, classrooms are good. Coming to the sports section, our playground is quite huge, like a football ground it is made, we have the best football team in the whole du circuit, cricket is also quite decent. We have like groups of everything, poetry, content, photography, singing, mathematics department, UPSC groups. We have a Sundari chowk for photos.
