Admission process is through WEBJEE and JEE rank and admission process is very easy you can visit college site and all information's are there. Admission process is smooth, through online just keep your documents updated.

Course Curriculum Overview

The quality of teaching is good. Teachers are dedicated and supportive. If you are eager to learn you will get them by your side. And many of them are Ph.D. holders or completed their MTech from IIT, NIT, Jadavpur, etc. About 40-50 students in each class for mechanical is there.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The college provides many training and internship opportunities like Many Aptitude Trainings , Auto Cad training , Creo Training, etc. . The title of my project is Finding Surface Roughness Using ANN that's stands for Artificial Neural Network.

Placement Experience

For some departments like CSE,IT, ECE companies are coming to the college in the 3rd Year means 6th semester. But for most of the students The Companies have come in the 7th semester means in the 4th Year. So many companies have come like Intel, Amazon, TCS, Cognizant etc. for Core departments Start-up companies have come. Highest Package is like 20-30 LPA for SDE Role, but Some of our student got more in of campus. In this Year Placement percentage is very high, almost 90% student have got placement. I want to do job after getting the degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

In NSEC internship opportunities are provided based on the domain Dept. of Mechanical Engineering provided us a great opportunity to learn as an intern in NTPC, Bakreswar, and other than that many software training opportunities are there like AutoCAD, ANSYS, CREO, etc.

Campus Life

According to me the most important part of NSEC is the Central Library, It consist of the high functioning computerized digital library , Library and Student zone Campus of NSEC contain a lots of spaces lay zone for games like badminton , carrom , table tennis etc, It also has a pretty big garden area as well.

Placement Experience:

From 4th year students become eligible for placements.Google, Microsoft,Gold Man Sacks, Apple were some of the companies that visited NIT Durgapur For placement regard.The highest package was 80lpa and the average package was 13 lpa.Total of 83% students got placed.The placement is quite good.

our college average package is 600000 per Anum and highest package is 1800000 per Anum according to recent data. and 80% of student got placed . And wipro , windows, tcs , siemens , tata like companies come to our college for placement. Core students are also got placed but many of them goes for hihger studies.

My experience about techno

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards , students become eligible for internships and stepping in 4th yr , students get eligible for campus placement. Techno provides decent campus placements according to your marks. Good marks also with skills get you better salary. Minimum 7.5 cgpa is mandatory to have you sit for campus placements. The lowest package is 3.4 LPA and highest vary but students also get 14LPA easily. Wipro, tcs ,cap ,gemini, amazon , ibm etc.

Elegibility for placement-Generally students become elligible for campus placement in their 7th semester or 8th semester and there might be some prerequisties such as minimum CGPA must be 6-7 with no bachlogs Internship and pre-placement offers-many companies offer internships during the 6th semester or 7th semester and successful interns may receive pre-placement offers if their performance is good. Companies that visits campus: TCS Accenture Cognizent Infosys Wipro Capgemini Deloite Byjus Tech Mahindra Placement Percentage-On average 80%-90% of students may secure jobs through campus placements.However this numbers could vary across different departments and specialization Highest and average package-The highest salary offered at Techno India University was 24 LPA and the average salary was 4-5 LPA. Plans after getting the degree: My plans depends on placement.If I get a job of around 15 LPA then I will not do master degree and if I get job of around 4-5 LPA then I will do master for further great opportunities

Things you should know before taking admission in NSEC

Others college which i got confirmed is RIT /quantum and haridwar university but i didn't go there because it was very far from my hometown and placement wasn't that much good as compared to my current college. I have given the west bengal joint entrance exam(wbjee) and through it the nsec college was allotted to me through counselling process. When the result declared, you have to apply for counselling and put your choice of colleges with rank. Every round you will be allotted college according to your result rank. Passing out in 2025, have seen a old place in 2021, to a new college in 2025, rennovated

I had a senior in my locality, 2019 passout, following whom I joined NSEC. I still admire and thank him for guiding me while joining NSEC. While admission I didint face any kind of interview. I had got a rank in WBJEE, and during the first counselling round, I selected NSEC, got NSEC, and finalized it by paying the first semester fees. I wasnt rejected by any college, as I went ahead with my first option. The counselling round at college isnt anything special, just a question whether or not we would be able to bear the college fees, as all comes down to money.
